I've been waiting for them to open up for dine in for some time. I called ahead to make sure they were open.My kids and I arrived around 1:30pm, it wasn't busy so we got a table fast. Our waitress was nice and so was the trainee she had with her. The service was fast.I had to come for the honey chipotle chicken crispers, French fries and corn on the cob. My daughter got the chicken tenders and fries and my son the sliders and fries.The food was good so much so the kids didn't have any leftovers. I'm so glad that they are open for dine in again.

The food was.very good. Service.was slow due to staffing which is understandable. I took my grand daughter to women's bathroom but so dirty, nasty horrible and the disabled door was locked.Stood by to protect her as she went to men's which was also disgusting.Family room was locked unable to find a manager to notify conditions.Please please do better

The food was great. I also like the location. Unfortunately, they were understaffed. Either way the waitresses who worked that night could definitely benefit from some type of additional training.Even after I was seated, I was somewhat taken back by how some of the customers were treated. Regardless of the wait ALL customers should be greeted at the door. Especially if they had been waiting for a seat or instruction to pick up their order.Some customers had to watch the waitresses/hostess walk right pass them or clean tables close to where they were standing without as much as a "hello or I'll be with you shortly." It honestly ruined my experience and I most likely will not return to that location.

We finally decided to give Chilis another try since I had a free dessert. We drove all the way there on a Saturday only to find out they were closed and it was only after 4pm. I checked the website this time and it said it was open when previously during another trip, I had looked and it was carry out only but I missed that. Update your website so people are aware.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat for at least 10 minutes in our booth before the waitress came over and said "I didn't see you there. How long have you been there?" Our starter came out after 20 minutes. The person I was with asked for a second sprite to drink with her entree, it never came. The entrees finally came after another 30 minutes. Her entree was the entirely wrong meal but she didn't say anything because we worried how long the correction meal would take. Side note: Another table quite literally finished their meals before their side of mashed potatoes came. I also was charged for two glasses of pop while it should have been a free refill. I just paid for it without a fuss and left. Unbelievably bad service.

I was very disappointed. We sat for at least 10 minutes before the waitress came over and said she was sorry, she didn't see us. Once we ordered our food took 30-40 minutes to come out and my order was not right, but at that point it wasn't worth asking for the right one. We could hear that we weren't the only people upset about the service. The food tasted great. But otherwise it was a disappointing experience.

My son and I had a wonderful late lunch there 2 for 25 special and more food than we could finish and cheese cake was very good also .it was a special celebration for us also the ladies working were very nice and was great servers. Ps our steaks were cooked just as we suggested. Thank yall

I suppose this is the peak for chain restaurants... Just as good as it's going to get... Which is... Adequate... And over priced... And incredibly ok. Only reason we went was because we had a gift card. It's just nothing to write home about.
