This will be my first and last time coming to a chick-fil-a! Never again! I drive through places so I don't have people pressuring me to order right this second! I have never been to a Chick-fil-A before, had no idea what was on the menu and this poor man is standing in the rain while I try to look at this little tiny menu he's holding. I just ordered the very first thing so he could maybe go under the shelter for a minute! Then I pay in cash and that poor guy has to run over to a booth and back for change. Horrible system!
I generally enjoy the food when eating here. When it comes to fast food ChickFila is the best quality. Generally no matter which one I eat at the food quality is great. The only reason they do not get a fifth star is the inability to create exceptionally tasty flavors. Sometimes the food just feels over chickened and under thoughtful with flavor.
Their food is so good. The staff is so kind, a fun environment, very clean. You don't have to wait forever for the food.Take out was also goodThey try to get you your food fast. I absolutely love this place
The customer service and food quality is exceptional. My biggest issue is the accuracy of my orders. I understand I make large orders and I could understand if it happened once. However, it's happened now 5 times I really enjoy the food, but I find it unreasonable to have this many issues. I will no longer order from this establishment, but will go to other chick fil a. I will definitely give it to them the customer is amazing. I've gone to this store 200+ times and have already been greeted with a great attitude and positive attitude.
Spectacular service!
First timer, and experience was great. Had 4 kids with me and my husband, the cashier was super nice,patient and helpful.And now I know why the chicken sandwhich is so popular! I also got the chicken noodle soup, and who knew that would be amazing!Place was also very clean, and got our food quick.
This place can have long lines but don’t be afraid the lines move pretty fast! The staff in there do a great job of taking orders and bringing the food out quickly! Enjoy your meal!
Every time I Order for curbside…something is missing. Yes, mostly it’s been sauces but if I’m getting a wrap, I’d really love for the 2 dressings I requested to actually be there. So I won’t even eat the other half of this now, but my dog will appreciate the chicken ??
This place is very busy!!! Long lines at the drive-through. My waffle fries were undercooked, not very hot, and they forgot my cheese sauce.I don't understand the infatuation with this place??? The chicken sandwiches are fair at most. The mac & cheese was really good .
AWESOME!During our trip from FL we had to have our CFA fix. Quick service, polite employees & great food as always.Highly suggest using the CFA app to order ahead. This location seemed more conventions for curbside pickup. Iced tea, burrito & yogurt were fantastic.Give it a try and leave a rating to help others.
