My least favorite of these restaurants only because the staff is super nice but very didnt seem to do their job with out thinking. They took a gentlemans order his name was mike. They gave it to another mike who opened it touched the food to check that it wasnt his. He returned it. They tried to give it to the correct customer who didnt want food touched by a stranger. Many situations like this occur here.
Really disappointed in the experience I just had at this location. Chick-fil-A has been known to go above and beyond for service and niceness and that is not what happened. My husband and I are going to a wedding and we ordered a small catering order for 11am. We got there around 10:56 and were immediately attacked by saying “we aren’t open yet”. So I simply said well we are here to pick up a catering order at 11. A woman rolled her eyes at me. Said some really snarky comment under her breath and then shook her head right in front of me. A young girl who was super nice rushed to get our order and went over the top to make up for that. Food is always good but the first woman’s attitude does not represent chickfila values.
This time I got chicken strips! They were great as always. Love the customer service too!
I work in the mall and on my lunch break my go to is usually chick fil a. Service sometimes is a little bit slow but most of the time they are busy so that is understandable. Food never disappoints, it is always fresh and the fries are always hot. Definitely a good place to eat in the mall.
The line is always long....but there's a GOOD reason for that! Great food, great friendly service even when the line is a bit chaotic so yeah jump in line it's worth it & it does move fast besides the Strawberry Milkshake alone is worth the wait especially with the cherry on top!
I am continually amazed by the basic quality of customer service at Chick-fil-A. It's an exception that I wish were the rule.
apart from serving delicious food you don't have to wait in line for a long time it is a very fast service
We went to the mall so we could sit down and enjoy Chick-fil-A it was backed up pretty bad because everybody has the same idea but it was delicious wish they would let us do dine in
Fries were cold. Sug free Frozen lemonade was good. Chicken, not great.
It's Chick-fil-A. It's the same everywhere you go. Marginally better than other fast food.
