The food is good but they rush you through the line like it's time for them to go home and this is when they're not even busy. Not everybody has made their decision when they pull into the drive-thru. The menus are posted all the way up by the front of the restaurant but they have kids standing in line trying to take your order. I don't know what I want yet. So by the time I get up front and see the menu I've thrown them all so far off that they have to mess up my order. Calm down! Not everything is a rush.
I was excited to see the indoor dining area back open. The restaurant was clean and decorations were appealing to the eye. Friendly staff. Food was reasonable in price and delicious. Although it was very busy with traffic in drive thru, inside was more calm. There was still plenty of parking. The best part other than the tasty food... Was the automatic trash can! It doesn't take much for me!
Was great food! This was the first fast food restaurant since finding out I was allergic to gluten actually have accommodations for me. Didnt think I could ever eat normally somewhere again and I felt normal. Wonderful staff very nice and kind. Only thing I would say is go during an odd hour we had to circle the parking lot 3 times for a spot lol
Most organized drive thru I have ever seen. Love their chicken sandwich. I would prefer regular fries instead of waffle fries (just my opinion).
Not one thing to complain about. Food and service great as always. I had the chicken salad with avocado dressing and my grandson had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries.
Went to the one on McNight Road. Was pretty good service. Very quick! But they got our order wrong! Nothing too major, just charged us for deluxe sandwich and didn't add the deluxe part. Other then that it was good.
Came for dine in at 10 am, restaurant had a car or two in the drive through and no one in store ordering when I arrived. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very rude women in a grey shirt and black glasses with an attitude. Thought maybe she was having a bad day until the gentleman who brought my food to my table also had an attitude and was extremely sarcastic as he dropped our food on the table and rolled his eyes. Horrible customer service and a piss poor staff.
They got our drive thru order wrong. I brought it to their attention and they did everything in their power to correct it and make us happy. Everyone can make a mistake but it's how you respond to it that defines who you are. The team there defined themselves as top notch.Great job.......
Food was perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We walked in with a large group and they handled it perfectly and with smiles

The drive ? through line was absolutely ? endless, but they have many employees who are outside taking orders, money ?, and making sure they have your order correct ?!Don't let the long line scare you away! It absolutely ? goes quickly and smoothly ? ?!The food was hot ? in the bag, and the order was correct ?, down to the specific sauce I asked for!Keep up the excellent job ? ? you all are doing during these hard times we are dealing with! ?Thank ? you for a job well done ?.
