Not once but twice did I order a 30 count family size order of GRILLED nuggets since my girls have celiacs. The first time I called about the mistake they said they don’t do it as a 30 piece. Which they failed to mention. So they gave me a comp in the computer. I went back ordered GRILLED nuggets in the 2 12 pack and one 6 as the manger told me to do.. got home and AGAIN they were regular nuggets. Called back was told I was going to be reimbursed. I never was. Maybe 2 weeks later I get a call about getting coupons. Still nothing. This should have been handled better
Ordered through their Mobile app, because I love Chick fil a! However; I had to wait over 20 mins once I arrived at the store. I came to this location because my store is closed for remodel. I left my work near Century III Mall , I placed my order through the Mobil app, so it would be ready when I got there. I'm saddened because I always have raved about how on top of their game they usually are. Not sure if I'll ever return to this location. The food was good as always, but service was horrible. Truly unacceptable, especially when you pre order through their app.

Always satisfying. My girlfriend loves the chicken noodle soup. Long lines on the drive through but moves fast.
Mildly disappointed that each store can vary in how sandwiches are prepped in regards to extra pickles. Asked for +4 pickles(should have been at least 8-10 pickles each) on each sandwich and got a measly 2 pickles on each with no extras. Went to the counter for extras and got a 1oz container with 2 pickles in it. Also, this location has done away with ice cream cones. So if you are not 4 years old or an Early Bird Special diner, be prepared to get your ice cream in a paper bowl with a spoon.

Love Chickfila, but this location is abysmal. Complete lack of organization, far too many people standing around doing nothing, and no one on the same page. Food came out cold and lousy. All of this after I waited 10 minutes in the wrong place for a mobile order pickup after being told I was to wait there by a team member. Get it together. This is not the Chickfila I am accustomed to. Disappointed.
Always busy but you won't find a Chick-fil-A that isn't. This location is operated very well, quickest service, always get the order accurate. Delicious, hot, and crispy always!
So busy we couldn't even get in line to order. Stinks that the parking lot is so small and shared with another store and right along a main road that you can't just turn your signal on and wait in the main road.At least the Robinson one has a lot more room to sit and wait in a line.
Mt Lebanon/Bethel restaurant!! Still waiting in the drive they after 10 min. At 1020 AM! Not many cars. This is the SLOWest Chik Fil A in the country. And I’ve been to many in different cities and different states. Not sure why all other stores have no issues and are speedy.
