Staff was very rude to line of customers (about 5 of us waiting in line) ignoring us as we waited without any greeting. Once we did get to order, cashier rudely acted as if she was bothered to take the order. As we waited at end of counter, the line cook called us “stupid” very loudly because we did not know where to pick up the order. We were not given napkins with order and when asked the cashier laughed at us and pointed to the end of counter. The sandwich was good, fries were cold. Such a poor experience. Obviously, the staff at this location enjoy treating customers badly.

The coworkers at Charleys was rude and unprofessional. They just throw your food any old kind of way, and then they give you Extremely very little bit of fries as you can see in the picture below. We also asked for a philly steak n cheese hoagie with everything on it and as you can see there wasn’t anything really but meat and the meat was very very dry I will never eat at this place again we spend also 60$ here and was unhappy with everything about the food and coworkers but I do highly recommend going to Monroeville mall if you want to get food from charleys at least they give you for what you paid for and their food has lots of flavor and not dry and they also give you a decent amount of fries

Very poor customer service. Cashier was rude. Asked cook if fries were ready and she replied that she didn’t know anything about the orders and that she’s cooking and completely brushed us off.

Delicious Philly Steak.

During my recent visit to this restaurant, the employees’ service was 5 stars, and the food was maybe 3 stars. The employees were very polite, and they correctly rang up my order and cooked my food. I ended up eating only a couple of bites of my teriyaki sandwich, because it did not look appetizing, and it tasted just OK. My husband did not feel like trying it, and he described it as looking “gross.” I did enjoy the taste of my cheesy fries. My husband described his Philly cheesesteak sandwich as “okay,” and he ate all of it. The total cost of the two meals including tax was $25. Other menu items include chicken Philly sandwiches, deli subs, and real-fruit lemonades.
