They are a little pricey, but the food is SOOO worth it. You can make 2 and even 3 nights of meals with 1 serving! The wontons are to die for as well!! And this is a family owned place with excellent customer service!
A MUST HAVE!!!! 2-Chicken on a stick with moon sauce and fried rice. And if I'm feeling real fat I'll add crab rangoons and 2-spring rolls. But it doesn't matter what you order in the midst of the "NYMin" craziness there. It's going to leave you wanting more!!!! (Word of Advice to my Ladies...DRINK LOTS OF WATER BEFORE N AFTER or your ankles will let you know ?, but IT'S WORTH IT!!!)
This little place has amazing food. I had chicken "shish kabobs," and even though it was not on a stick, it was the juiciest, tastiest chicken ever! It came with choice of rice and "moon sauce," which was a sweet sauce. I also got the shrimp spring rolls which were super fresh and delicious. My daughter got the vegetable and tofu soup and loved it. Staff was kind and conscientious, too. Will definitely find this place again if in Pittsburgh.
Really, really, really good food and a lot of it... wow! Great vegetarian options on the menu. Tried the General Tso's Tofu, Vegetarian Curry Roll and Veggie Stir-fry Noodles... all were absolutely delicious and there was a ton of food leftover even after sharing! Open late as they are located in a neighborhood that seems to be hopping with bars. To me this is the only draw back, many of the customers were out for a night of partying and it was quite crowded/loud even on a Thurs night. If you are just there for some take-out and can deal with the neighborhood bar scene while you wait then I highly recommend but would not suggest dining in as there are just too many people there waiting for food at the tables making it a super loud scene! Really did dig the food there though and definitely plan on visiting again while in Pittsburgh for some awesome take-out!
I love their foodOMG it's always fresh hot and super tasty . Truly one of my favorite places to eat on the Southside
The best spot on Southside to grab some grub after partying the night away. The chicken on a stick with fried rice is legendary. The owner himself is a whole show. He goes all out to make sure you feel welcomed and takes care of you. He must been a former comedian because he makes conversation out of thin air with ease and has rapid fire comebacks for your replies. The food itself is a bit pricier but priced accordingly for Southside. You definitely get your money's worth with the huge portion that the food comes in.Some of the food is ????? while some of the food is meh. I highly recommend the shrimp spring rolls and chicken on a stick.
I'm not kidding- this place has the best chicken I've ever had in my 3 decades on this planet. This evening, I told myself I would just make a sandwich in my hotel room. Then, I got hungry and spotted this place. The prices looked good, so me and my wallet of cash (it's cash-only!) I stopped in.The portions were plentiful (got chicken kebab on rice and 2 mini spring rolls). The lady who took my order told me that I HAD to try the sauce (it was so good!) and to keep my bag and container upright so it didn't spill, which I appreciated.I have pretty high standards for chicken. This was juicy and bursting with flavor and had some nice charring on the outside with a lovely texture overall. WOW.

The food is good. It’s a bit sweet, but it’s good. The owner is what makes the place so special. The family seems super nice and friendly.
These are the Sunday afternoon leftovers from Friday night’s takeout. The food was super fresh. The portions were great. The taste is as awesome as you are hoping. And they made me feel like family for the few minutes I was there. Highly recommend.
