Amazing staff and great food/coffee!!!
Always a a great experience- food is incredible- varied menu and staff couldn’t be nicer! A relaxing, come-in, anytime vibe! Dog -friendly which really compliments the clientele of the strip district. My go to place and where I take anyone who is visiting and wants a great cup of coffee!
Met Christy & Carl at the Warhol Museum this weekend. Christy suggested the Açaí bowl with peanut butter. It did NOT disappoint! The roasted coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was fun & funky. Andrew provided great customer service! We had a delicious breakfast!☕️
Delicious lattes, signature desserts and a great place to get a meal and unwind. It is split level so there is plenty of room to enjoy your beverage and relax on one of their sofas or tables.Worth noting is the artwork all over the walls and even on the ceiling along with the coffee bags.Enjoyed the cinnamon rose latte along with their in house special called the baleada. Had their popular Pittsberry cheesecake for dessert. Is quite good and very filling! They also have teas, smoothies, cold brews and even a refrigerated grab and go.Worth a look if you are visiting the Strip district
Latinos in Pittsburgh! This. Place. Rocks. I wish they were everywhere and not in The Strip where parking is a nightmare. Nonetheless, great food, service. The decor is top notch and Spanish music is ?
Fresh food! Great selection of healthy options!
Cafetano Coffee roasters is the balance the strip district needed.A place un which you can get a filling meal, but continue your day without hitting a 2:00 pm food coma. The coffee is phenomenal, the staff puts so much attention to every batch. They’re true coffee people and bring out the best of each cup. Some afternoons you can see the staff gathered around the roaster discussing procedures for each batch. The food is amazing! Paninis are huge and well balanced. But the croissants are truly spectacular! I even ordered a panini (el picante) in a croissant and it was beyond expectations. As a bonus, they feature an in-house baker making fresh desserts on sight!Well rounded location for any situation!
When I travel, I’m always on the lookout for local roasters as fresh coffee is always the best coffee. I took a long walk to try out Cafetano for lunch and I wasn’t disappointed. My panini was a great size for lunch and was delicious. The carrot loaf was yummy and, of course, the coffee fresh and tasty. You can even pick from several brew methods, I did the V60 but aero press, French press, and Chemex are also options.
My family stopped in Sunday morning for coffee and hot chocolate after church. The atmosphere is awesome, very chill and relaxing. The coffee, smoothies, and hot chocolate are excellent. But we were most impressed with the homemade pastries. Brownie, bread pudding, and muffins.
As you can see, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We had the chance to try out a Tropical waffle, Açaí bowl, and a cold brew coffee. We highly recommend trying it out and are looking forward to going back ourselves!
