I would not recommend Cadillac Ranch. Only one out of our 4 meals was even decent. The Carne Asada Steak Tacos were flavorless with meat that didnât even resemble steak. The cheeseburgers were also flavorless. Service was just okay. Overall disappointed.
The location is convenient with ample parking. The server was pleasant and very patient with our group.
The food the atmosphere and menu were great. The service was very personable but the bar drinks were extremely slow.

Excellent food. Fantastic service. Horrible loud head banging music. We stopped here for lunch and had the shrimp wrap, the chicken bowl, and the pulled pork sandwich. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. She explained that the music was a track she could not change but people often complain about it. I looked around at the clientele. Lots of grey hair. Nobody looked like they were really into hard, loud rock served with lunch.
Was there celebrating a birthday. Service very slow.
We met friends for dinner on a Saturday night. After not being able to get reservations here for a few weeks, the restaurant was empty! Our server was excellent--funny, prompt, and accommodating. Our food was fantastic! Our only complaint was how loud the music was, especially for how few patrons were in the restaurant. We could hardly hear one another across the table. I expect that at a bar but not at a nice steak restaurant. Besides the music, 2 thumbs up!
I should have walked away when the waitress asked how I wanted my grilled chicken cooked. I had 3 waitresses, 2 in training so I thought this was going to be an amazing experience with more attention on us. We never got refills. We werent checked on until after my family already ate. My chicken sandwich was so soggy I couldn't lift it off of the plate. The chicken fat was left on, the meat wasn't tenderized or fileted. The fries were 3 different types so it looked like they gave us left overs from their kids lunches, not what I expect for the price. My husbands burger was missing all of the toppings. Both burger entries were over cooked. The draft beer was flat and tasted like the lines need cleaned. They awkwardly sent the chef out to talk to us instead of the manager and he was like a deer in head lights, didn't know what to say and they should have never put him in that position. It's not entirely the chefs fault, it's management, etc. Regardless, I politely explained to the chef why I do not send food back and only give one chance. Take the time and care to make your customers happy on their first visit, coupons for a second visit won't work for us as we will never return.
After viewing a movie in the nearby theater, we decided to stop by Cadillac Ranch for dinner. We were seated immediately, and the waitress was at our table within 10 minutes of being seated. She brought water to the table and asked if we wanted to order any drinks. Thankfully she did because the bar was backed up, and some drinks did not make it to the table until after we ate (hence the four stars). The food was served hot, and it was good. The Diablo pasta did not have much salt, but it was still good and had a little spice to it. The grilled chicken sandwich was flavorful and juicy. The cocktails we ordered were also good, even though we had to wait quite some time to receive them. Overall? The service was really good. The waitress was friendly during the entire dining experience, and she ensured we had water every time we drank a little from the glass. The prices are average for the type of restaurant, and you receive a good amount for the price you pay. I would recommend this restaurant for your dining needs. If the weather is nice, I would recommend sitting in the outdoor dining area. Also, the restaurant is a Landry Select Club (LSC) restaurant if it matters to any of you. I love trying the various restaurants within the LSC portfolio.
Family and I stopped in today during our visit to Robinson. It was our first visit to this establishment.We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and immediately seated. Our server, Kaline, was top-notch. She was pleasant and attentive. She was friendly and checked on us many times without being intrusive. Kaline did a wonderful job.The food was very good. We ordered the Chicken Philly sandwich, Chicken club sandwich, Steak salad, a burger, and Caesar salad. With our beverages (including 2 beers) our bill wound up around $100.All were brought quickly to our table and were very good. They have a decent beer selection and was an enjoyable experience.Granted to the prices are a bit high but that seems to be the norm nowadays especially when dining in Allegheny County.
