First visit on a Saturday night when a Pirates game was going on, so not sure if it's always as bad of an experience as I had.Entered around 9 p.m. and was asked to pay a ten dollar cover by the unfriendly greeters. Then found the humidor on my own. The staff in there was helpful.Next, tried to find a seat. Half of the seats in the place including all of the patio seats were empty but said reserved. Getting a drink at the bar was a challenge as was getting an ashtray so I didn't have to ash on the floor.There website lists a fairly strict dress code which we followed but wasn't enforced. I don't care what people wear, but why would you even have or mention a stupid dress code if it's not enforced?This was by far the most unwelcoming cigar bar I've ever entered and would not recommend it based on my experience. It's the type of place that tries to pretend it's exclusive but really just tries to get as much money as it can get from as many guests as possible with very little effort on the part of the management or staff.
Very nice establishment with a laid back adult environment. The staff here is amazing! Good food and good music. Gets a little crowded the later it gets so you might want to show up early. 10 dollar cover charge to get in and must have a valid ID. The only draw back is the amount of smoke in the air but that's to be expected at a cigar lounge. There is a nice outdoor area incase you need a break from the smoke.

I reserved a private space to hold a memorial for my dad on his one year anniversary and it was great! I travelled in from Youngstown with a group of 10 of my good friends to clebrate his life. The service from the beginning was impeccable and the tobacconist Jim was great to work with when looking for cigar recommendations. Very professional and informative. We will definitley be back. Thanks for everything!
