9 times out of 10 I’ve gone here they aren’t open. Someone is in side but they aren’t open. Food is cold just worst Burger King never again I need to stop coming here and going to a better one
Long drive thru line. Huge pothole in line that cannot be avoided. When I asked if I got my special order, no mayo, sandwich, was told yes, but I did not get what I ordered. And without a promotion, meal was expensive.
Board at ordering point showed 2-$10.00 meals. employee had no idea and when I pulled around with photo to explain what they have on the board, a woman -maybe manager- sauntered over and hit some buttons, without so much as speaking to employees to explain what to do to them, nor to me. Food was fine, oh but still out of Coke
I can't speak much for their burgers, but don't get breakfast here.I went in for a biscuit with bacon and eggs (which they were out of), so instead ordered a croissant with sausage, egg, and cheese, and the 3-piece French toast. The lady at the drive-through was very sweet and communicative, 5/5.The food I got, however, was not a sweet 5/5.Upon opening the French toast container, I was greeted by the sight of one normal French toast, then 3 crunchy corpse fingers. They were inedible, so I didn't eat them- about the size of steak-cut fries, dark amber, and sad.The one GOOD French toast stick was very tasty, and I would have preferred the other 2 to be normal instead of whomever loaded my breakfast going 'ah, whatever,' and giving me extra burnt bottom-scraps instead of making a fresh batch, which I would have gladly waited for. That speaks to me that the person who made my order (a middle aged white man who looked like he had a chip on his shoulder, didn't smile, and didn't speak to me when I said 'good morning') was either lazy, careless, or spiteful. Which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 3.I've worked overnights at a GetGo kitchen, and never once did I just go 'ah heck with it' and give someone 5 small tidbits of food instead of 3 whole ones. The croissant was marginally better, but really wet and sad- I've never had a sandwich make a 'squelch' noise when I bit into it. The taste was ok.I'd rate the food as something you'd eat only if you have no other options- which was my situation, and I think next time I'll take the extra 6 minutes to get shawarma from Kassab's down the road- which is also a local-owned business instead of a sad, underpaid, corporate black hole.
Even before covid, this location doesn't always have all the items on their food menu, The ChkKing sandwich was hard and had way too much breading. Attempted to order Jr bacon cheeseburger, unfortunately Burger King was all out of patties. smh
No stars. Really needs to close. There only 2 employees working tonight. Why would you open the store with that little help. Then the manager said we have a choice to leave. No one
The drive through is like being in a haunted house. Very creepy. And the window was filthy. The burger not bad.
Edit: Since posting this I've had many other bad experience at this location. I currently have a 50% success rate getting my order for filled AT ALL, and a 30% success rate at getting it done correctly.First time at this location, my order was cleared off their screen and not put out, I waited for around 15 minutes trying to get someone to listen to me as people came and left with their food.Next visit, restaurant is locked when it's supposed to be open, and no sign was posted. I walk over to the drive-thru window to inquire, the lady pauses doing orders, pages someone, acting like I am trying to rob them or something, while continuing to ignore me. Then yells there's not enough workers, basically refusing to serve me.
To start with the bad. The Drive up is horrible. Speakers are hard to understand. But service was good and whopper and french fries was delicious and worth it.
It's comic how frequently I can't get into the drive through here, but I have to appreciate how good that's been for my diet. The drive through was closed using traffic cones for a few days. One night I drove through 45 minutes before the advertised closing time to be told they closed for the night. Often they'll just have all the lights turned off.
