7.5/10The service was relatively fast even though they were short staffed, and the food was assembled properly. The only downside I experienced was the attitudes of two of the employees.A little professionalism would have put this up to 5 stars.
After I placed the order I was told exact change,credit card or debit card. I was also told the rest rooms are closed to the public. What are horrible experience.
The people who work here are slower than molasses in January....in the Arctic circle.... I for one will never step foot in the stire ahaun ...EVER ---It seems like they are only interested in thier hourly wage..... If I could give NO STARS ....I WOULD
I've never felt like such a burden for just wanting food in my life and thats not an exaggeration. From the moment I walked in and tried to use the order point myself to finding my order was completely wrong there was a whole list of reasons why I will not be returning and why you should not visit this establishment.When I first walked in there was only 1 gentleman in front of me waiting on his food. When I went to order I noticed that the guy at the register was listening to YouTube with a wireless headphone and had to have me repeat my order, which most of it was wrong. There was no onions on my burgers, my stickers were whoppers instead(minus the lettuce), my large diet coke was instead a small diet coke, my 8 nuggets was downgraded to just a 4 piece and they forgot the sauce for the nuggets. I understand that since I was ordering food for multiple people there may have been some mistakes but even when I asked for the receipt he refused to give it to me and was not wearing a name tag so I can't mention who it was. I also don't expect to be greeted with a smile but when the cashier has a literal I don't care and don't want to be here attitude it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable to be their source of discontent. As soon as the order was completed as well I heard a woman immediately complain about the 6 burgers I had ordered, promptly making me feel more uncomfortable and wanting to just leave. After all these inconsistencies with the order I honestly just wanted to get out of there and didn't trust them to remake my food. I wish I cpuld have made this a 0/5 stars honestly.
Very disappointing. Usually have good experience at Burger King but the food was cold and overcooked. The dining area was filthy. They were not busy but no one seemed to care
Don't waste your time going to this location...Placed an order for pickup through the app and had to wait 45 mins once in the store for the food...4 people working and only 1 was taking orders and making food...the other 3 people were sitting on their [email protected]@ just talking to each other...6 customers came in while I was waiting for my food and they all got theirs and left. Left food out of the order too
Went at early breakfast time and got myself a nice hot cup of coffee, freshly brewed and delicious. The staff, while quite busy, we're very friendly.
Rude cashier, however he's also the only one preparing the food while the other two workers are "cleaning" or moving things around in the back when there is a line that goes all the way out the door. Questionable things happen with employees with possible family members instead of working. Been here for 25 mins. Wouldn't recommend
It will take a little time to receive your order when ordering in person. So don't be in a hurry. Otherwise the food is really good.
I've been here a number of times and there's a few things that I'd like to say. First of all, it is very dirty inside. I understand that working fast food sucks but there's a pandemic going on. Second of all, if you order your food make sure you specify EXACTLY what you want. I ordered a bacon king and asked for just ketchup, lettuce, and onion. I also informed them that I would like the bacon and cheese to stay on the burger. They put no cheese and no bacon on the order and I saw it on the receipt. I nicely corrected them but apparently it was my mistake so they weren't going to fix anything. Don't waste your time or money here.
