If you want a great burger, topped off with a milkshake or a hard milkshake, this is the place to go. All the burgers are custom-made, prepared any way that you want. You can have up to three types of fresh meats combined for the ultimate flavor. If you’re a beer connoisseur, they will have what you need to enjoy your meal. Every time that I went there their service was quick and with a smile. You can also order ahead of time and pick up behind the restaurant at their pick up door. You really can’t go wrong here for a hefty burger and a custom drink.

We really enjoyed Burgatory after not having been here for about 10 years. We ordered the fries with gorgonzola cheese and they were fantastic! My burger was cooked too much for what I asked for, but that was really the only negative. I like that you can customize your burger. We got 2 non-alcoholic shakes that were good as well. Fairly priced for the experience.

Meat Your Maker; juicy and tasty burger, good mix of toppings. Kettle chips are excellent! Beans need to pair with slaw. Not cheap, but food is worth it. Service was courteous and effective! Server was eager to help.

My Wife and I shared a meal here. It seemed unusually low traffic for a Friday afternoon/evening. My Bison burger was delicious and my Wife had no complaints about her farmer's burger. Overall I'd give it a glowing review. I love eating burgers all over the place and this isn't my first time at a Burgatory. I would have to say though that for being one of 3 parties in the facility dining in, the food took a little longer than expected. Surely I thought to myself it would be super fresh food as well but my fries weren't piping hot. The burger was but I could tell the fries were sitting for a little while during the cooking of the burgers. No real complaints, again. Everything from the service to the food was fantastic. Fresh piping hot fries would have made it a 5/5 for sure.

I'm always seated quickly, everyone is always super friendly, the food and drinks are always hot or miss. Asked for an over easy egg on my medium burger and got a fully fried egg on a well done burger. The margarita is delicious when they get it right and still pretty good when they get it wrong, but it's $10+ so it feels like it should probably be right every time. Overall I go here pretty often and 80% of the time I'm satisfied, so 4/5 stars.

They would get 0 stars if it would be an option. The burgers my wife and I had were completely raw. Not just pink like we ordered, but literally just raw burger. Totally disgusting.

The staff was talking and not helping people while there was a line of people waiting 40 min for their food. We asked about the status of our order after waiting 45 min for 2 cheesesteaks and they had not even started making anything yet. Really disappointed with the level of care from the staff.

Perfect experience from the lovely lady that greeted us at the front door to the server that waited on us! My husband and I came in between lunch and dinner hours. The place was quiet but wait staff was attentive and food did not take long at all. We both got burgers and shakes and everything was really good. I had so much food I could barely eat at all! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend the caramel pretzel milkshake!

My husband and I made a questionable decision to once-again try Burgatory and - once-again- regretted that decision. The place was fairly busy with about 70% capacity but there were plenty of staff visible. We ordered and when our beverages arrived I noted that the equal packets I opened dispensed clumps of sugar substitute and several of the pieces were really discolored. I was finally able to locate our server to show her that the packets were obviously bad and possibly from some infestation due to the color. She apologized and replaced my iced tea but only after stopping by a neighboring table where she knew the patrons to chat with them. This was the theme of our visit. Our food arrived and I ordered a appetizer which arrived burned - again, I had to wait to locate her and then ask for a replacement (which I ended up taking home and later throwing in the trash because it did not look appealing at all). It took us more than an hour and a half to get out of the place and it cost us more than $45 for a mediocre meal with less than mediocre service, a noisy atmosphere, and questionable cleanliness. Three strikes and they are out of my radar as possible places to eat in the future.

Was here for the first time Sunday and it was amazing. Wish there was one in my Town. :)
