This place was awesome. I was craving a good meal and that custom burger hit the spot! I'd probably suggest the fries over the chips but, other than that I'd give this place five stars!
Two stars for the grape soda float that was amazing. 0 stars for the server who has zero people skills and was so excited to tell me she was hot so she refuses to turn the heater on that is most literally for customers if it gets chilly, which it is. I sat there shaking and she giggled awkwardly while telling me she won’t get a manager to turn my heater on. She then said other patrons would be hot too. The heater was by me. Not by anyone else. We only ordered drinks and milkshakes as a result at which point she threw a temper tantrum and slammed the check on the table and stormed away. Not cute. Super awkward. 0 customer service.
The seating hostess and the waitress were nice, and they promptly served my husband and me. We ordered a wagyu burger and a bison burger, and they tasted good, but we thought that the price was a bit high for the quality. The French fries were good. I did not like the spice and other ingredients in the baked beans. I liked that the restaurant was clean and large and had open doors for fresh air.
We had a bit of a mixed experience... Service was decent but it took forever to get our drinks and food. It was a standard answer that they were under staffed and apologized for it but still...35 minutes to get a burger is too long. Just me but I did not like their Sangria but I always enjoy their House Margarita.
Listen, give the pb&j burger a chance because I'm very glad I did. Our server was Maddie and she was great in reassuring me in my decision to give the menu item a try. The food and service were both amazing. Will always recommend this location.
Waiter Grant was very pleasant and helpful. Bacon burger was very good/filling. Fries very good and cookie shake very good. Cleaning has a bit to be desired, read my COVID section.Overall Recommend.
I'm normally not about chains. But man, this place is just a solid burger place. Plus boozy shakes. I couldn't complain if I wanted to. Plus I have never had bad service. Just a win all around.
Burgatory used to be my favorite burger spot of all time. However this last time I was less than thrilled. Food took quite a long time to come out, and wasn't really packed. I normally don't say anything due to the pandemic and businesses hurting due to low staff, I completely understand that. But the food was also sub par too. My burger was ok, but my SO's on the other hand was drowning in ketchup, and food also wasn't really hot. Not my best experience there, and hopefully they can recover.
Quality and flavor were great with some creative offerings. Also, no service problems at all. They were well staffed (and if they were not, the hardworking staff pulled off the illusion)
