I gave this restaurant an okay because unless you want a burger there's just not much else to choose from. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. It had a large bar and your choice of outside or inside seating. Our waitress was nice and on point. I'm in general not a fan if burgers but my husband wanted to go here. I ordered a salad with very specific items off they did get my order correct and the salad was good.
The service was decent because the server had a great attitude, but didn’t come over often to refill waters and grab dishes. The milkshake was quality, but there were a bit too many espresso chunks. The nachos were definitely the best tasting dish! The burger was over cooked and didn’t come with enough sauce. The atmosphere was great though!
Made the mistake of ordering an appetizer. Very delicious food. I will definitely stop by again and again.
Absolutely love their burgers. I tried the Wagyu without any sauces or dusting because I wanted to taste just the beef. It was great!!! Definitely stopping in again when I’m back in the area.
Very unique burger place. Great "build your own" theme with more choices than you could imagine! My elk burger was cooked perfectly, and seasoned /sauced / topped exactly as I requested! Onion Rings are gigantic and worth sharing! Worth the drive and the wait. (Service is fast, but plan for lines and waits as this place is popular!)
These milkshakes are TRULY heavenly!! This is the only milkshake I’ve ever had where it isn’t insanely difficult/way too thick to drink right away with the straw. The Nutella shake was very good, the chocolate wasn’t too overwhelming if you like chocolate. The salted pretzel shake was very good according to a third party I had my meal with :) the atmosphere of this place is great as well! Lots of little touches that make it unique such as the look of the menu, the takeout boxes, the presentation of the shakes, and the cute little pitch forks in the burgers. You can also make your own burger. They have countless different options of meat (chicken, beef, elk, vegan [impossible and veggie]), rubs, buns (lettuce wrap option for gluten free!), cheese (vegan option too), sauces, and toppings! The waitress was also very nice and extremely helpful with deciding which shake to choose. Overall I had a great time eating outside on the patio and the food was very good! My only complaint is that the meat patty (beef) on my burger was thicker than my preference but I know this is something a lot of people like!
We stopped in here for a late lunch. Everything was fabulous. We all had different burgers prepared exactly the way we enjoy them. My older daughter has a lot of food allergies and they were very careful to provide her food with no allergens. Plus, they have vegan milkshakes so she was able to have her first "milk" shake in several years! Waiter was funny and very attentive. Hostess greeted us and seated us quickly. Manager and hostess thanked us as we left. Those little touches count!
The burgers are excellent! Tasty, well seasoned, cooked perfectly, and super creative. The shakes were amazing! Good service, great atmosphere and location!
This place was great! I went with my brother before a concert at Stage AE ( the location is super convenient) and everything was really good. I got a custom burger and he got a custom chicken sandwich and we both really liked everything. The Napa slaw I got with my burger was delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the meat was so tender. The garlic Mayo was killer! I thought it was a little pricey but maybe that’s just how Pittsburgh is. Service was good and we got our food quickly. I would definitely come back if in the area again!
We haven't been here since 2016, but we still talk about how fun and enjoyable this place was! The piggy butter and jelly burger was almost a spiritual experience. We will be back when we visit Pittsburgh again.
