tacos are great! but never answer the phone, never open, and terrible customer service from the dark man with long hair. when u walk in he loudly sighs and slams everything, then mean mugs you the whole entire time your there, sooo uncomfortable. honestly he should be fired because he clearly doesn't want to work or be there and is so publicly rude to ppl. it has ruined my experience the last 3 times i was there.

I love the food… but the only guy who works in the day is by far pathetic. Very rude and could care less if your there. The new owners are loosing money because he keeps the door locked and close sign and it’s lunchtime. Looking for a new taco place

I would love to give this place 5 stars because the quality of the food is always great but unfortunately every time I come here the service gets worse and worse. I think I read in a prior review that someone said they felt like an inconvenience to the person working and I truly could not have felt that more. I definitely will have to pass on coming here ever again. Should’ve stuck with my go to and went to Turkish Kebab!

This is a little hole in the wall place with good tacos and nachos. Nothing to ride home about, but definitely nothing to run away from. Very limited indoor seating, probably best for takeout... Definitely a favorite with high school students when i was there.

Yesterday I walked in and saw a bunch of high schoolers sleeping on the floor while the only employee there was swinging around a trash can and laughing like a maniac. Another time I witnessed an employee get in a fight with a customer. Another time an employee yelled at me cause I put my credit card in the wrong way. Going to this place is truly an experience, but not a good one lol.

The food is good when done right but this location is never consistent. Always out of ingredients. Queso not made properly one night, out of sour cream the next. Tacos are never made the way they say they’re supposed to. It seems as if most of the staff are young High School students which isn’t an issue it just doesn’t seem like they really care.

The tacos are fine. But by far the worst service I have ever received. There is one specific employee who ripped both me and my friends cards out of our hands when we attempted to pay. Made a huge deal out of us even being there. Got mad when we ordered food. We are scared to order the food we actually want. Makes us not want to go back. Would not recommend going when this person is working.

The beef and spicy beef tacos here were flavorful, with the exception of the tomatoes, which were way too many weeks past fresh. However, the service was mind-blowingly awful. I have never felt more unwelcome in a business establishment. During our visit today, the employee was hostile from the minute we entered, glowering at us constantly, clearly angry that we were there. When the next customer entered behind us, a loud “oh for God sakes” emanated from behind the counter. I can’t imagine ever returning to this place for another taco laden with Aztec-era tomatoes.

First things first, I love the flavors here! I have never ever had anything that didn’t taste great! I am always given great portions, and one time when they were out of an item, they kindly offered me substitutes that were worth more than what I originally wanted, and free drinks. I’ll never stop coming here …BUT … the customer service needs a redo. They guys are always friendly to me, but most times it’s like high school/college buddies that are cutting up and not realizing how unprofessional it looks. One time one of the guys took the ear buds of the other, and they were being silly, and then the second guy took his ear buds back and rubbed off the wax and put them in his pocket …while wearing gloves, which he didn’t change before using his hands to flip a tortilla. I called him out and he was apologetic, changed his gloves and threw away the tortilla, but what if I hadn’t? Come on guys! - Bull River has a good thing here! Don’t ruin it!

Guy working at the register is extremely rude and unprofessional. He was irritated for some reason when I walked in. Asking me to repeat the order multiple times when he definitely heard me the first time. Their chip reader was down too apparently.. ok no problem. (Even though the person after me paid with a card). I ended up paying with cash. Then he ends up making a dramatic production out of checking my money to see if it’s counterfeit (holding it up to light, etc.) Then he slams the change down on the counter from the register and gives it me like it’s an inconvenience for him. I also heard him making a remark to one of other workers saying, “Yeah there’s a lot of people that are intimidated by me”. If you’re going to act like an angry man child then maybe you shouldn’t be working. I’m really disappointed because they have decent tacos. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.. it just might ruin your day.
