Awful experience today after my first time eating there. So when we first walked in the hostess made eye contact with me then walked away. Then in front of us she said to a waitress “are you willing to take the guys?” And then she said hi and took us to our table. After that the waitress came over and took our order. I substituted breaded to grilled chicken on my salad to our order. Overall the waitress was very nice and polite and friendly. So my husbands meal came out and she told me mine would be right out. I waited almost 20 minutes before my salad came out. The waitress told me the kitchen made a mistake and put breaded vs grilled on my salad. So I finished my salad (which was good) while my husband had been done eating. We paid our bill and left. I was very frustrated that A) in the 20 minutes I waited for my food while my husband ate alone the waitress never came back to my table and explained why my meal wasn’t come and B) after an obvious bad experience she never had a manager come talk to me or offer me anything, whether it be free dessert, a free drink, or my meal compensated. This is a very bad managed and staff restaurant and we will never go back and we do not recommend to anyone.
First time eating at one of these. Fries were frozen McDonalds type fries. Coleslaw was lettuce, barely any slaw dressing. The wings were good, when they finally came out, an hour after we ordered. But what was most bumming was to find out haddock sandwiches were available for a limited time. Neither hostess nor server mentioned this, on a Friday at that, which bummed us out. We would have chosen the haddock.
May not be the best food, but their service at the bar makes up for it BIG TIME.
Food was amazing. Pretzels were really hard around the edges. Hubby ordered mild wings which we did ask to confirm the heat index on them and they melted his lips off with tingles into next day. Our waitress was amazing and it wasn't to busy. Cost was simple 40 bucks or so. Reasonable
Box shows 20 wings but inside 10. Less order more pay. Manager said will refund 50%. But i am not looking for refund. Need good service with trust and faith
Food did not come out at the same time. Long wait for fish sandwich. Everyone in my party was finished by the time my order came to the table. Ordered a fish sandwich that came to the table cold. Wait staff was not very attentive had to ask for napkins and silverware. Have been here many times but this was the worst experience. Probably would think twice before coming back.
Everybody knows its all about wings and sauces. Trust me its more about servers and kind of service they provide. I can honestly say this location is much better compared to others at Pittsburgh. I visited multiple times and the lady tonight is too kind. They serve you with care, they talk nice and make sure they serve right.
Amazing wings. Not much to say! My fiance and I were taken there the day after my birthday by a close friend and it was very enjoyable. Delicious wings, (we got the Garlic Parmesan ones) bar prices aren't TOO bad, a little up there, but remember, it's a bar. Other than that, I really enjoyed this place. Great food, great service, friendly staff, a definate good place to go for a football game?
I was not at all impressed with customer service when I first arrived and was waiting on my take out order. Then a worker came out from the back and appeared to be running around helping everyone that needed it. After I got my food I asked for her name and she told me it was Cheyenne. I hope someone recognizes her for her fantastic customer service and hard work.
It's ok... nothing really special. The food is so-so. I was kinda excited that they had cauliflower wings, but they were pretty much frozen battered cauliflower bites deep fried and tossed in wing sauce. Perfect for a local dive bar, but I expected something a little higher level here.
