The most annoying thing to me when I go into a restaurant is when the floor and tables are dirty and the staff is singing and joking around, being loud and not being attentive to the general cleanliness of the place. I had to ask them to clean a table and seat. When I left, the two behind the counter were playing on their phones with their backs to the public. There were two ladies waiting in line looking confused. If it were my business, those two would be gone right now. At least the coffee is good.

Always stop here on my way to Arizona. The bagels aren't the same on the West Coast. My mom misses them so I make sure to bring her some. These are the best ones I have found. Love Bruegger's Bagels!!¡
I stood at the counter in front of 3 people for a couple minutes and not one of them acknowledged me. Customer service 101, when busy, acknowledge customer with a hello or ill be righr with you within 15 seconds. When i said something, they said they were busy making sandwiches. So, you cant say hello while slathering cream cheese on a bagel to a person standing in front of you? He looked my way 3 timess and never said a word. Then, the gentleman, the man, (cant call him a gentleman,) got snarky with me and told me the customer he was making sandwiches for was more important. I said id go elsewhere and the girl said "good, you do that". Horrible customer service!
Weren’t that busy, weren’t that friendly, and gave me the totally wrong sandwich.
Service was so slow I left without ordering.

Line is always long. Not all choices on the manu were available. But the recommended alternative is okay.
