The staff is extremely rude and they close food stations down early so that you can only get three or four things off the menu later in the day. I’ve also noticed that for every 1 star review this place has, there’s a 5 star review right next to it saying that this store’s employees are fast and friendly, which is absolutely not the case. I really love bruegger’s and this is the only one in the area and I really hope they fix this problem and get some new, friendlier staff.
Bagels are amazing and love the ladies who make them. Unfortunately I have had more than one unpleasant experience with a lady at the register. She has been unnecessarily rude to me and my friends every time we order.
The staff makes this Bruegger's more welcoming than any other. And the food is awesome as it is with all others. Fast and friendly service makes this one a joy.
Awesome bagels, and super friendly staff! Many varieties and flavors to choose from, including bagel breakfast sandwiches and desserts such as cookies and muffins.We will head back again when we want a good bagel sandwich!
I will never step foot into this establishment again. The employees were extremely rude. My boyfriend and I walked in to get breakfast this morning with my service dog. We were told that he was not allowed into the business, and before I could say anything they said “well only registered service animals” and my dog, is in fact registered as a service animal. But the two ladies behind the counter wouldn’t listen to me and told us we had to leave. I really enjoyed your food and would come here every so often to get food, but I can’t give my business anymore. Get new employees that will listen and who are not rude as all can be. I wish I could give you guys zero stars from today’s experience.
The staff is always nice and friendly...the bagels are very good...I love the hazelnut coffee
Good food and service, however one morning employee was wearing her face mask below her nose and mouth which defeats the whole purpose of a mask. And everyone had the disposable kind. Why doesn't Brueggers order comfortable washable cloth masks with their logo like other companies since the employees have to wear them all shift.
The luncheon bagel sandwichs were excellent so tasty that its' flavor still lingers on your tastebuds afterwards. Menu has a nice variety. Only disappointment that you cannot eat indoors but understand with current pandemic precautions.Will visit again!
This is a great place to eat lunch. Its run very competently by a manager named Tiffany. Everyone works hard. They have a great crew.
The employees at this Bruegger's Bagels provided quick and courteous service. The bagels and breakfast sandwich were freshly made and tasted OK. During my next visit, I will try different flavors of bagels and cream cheeses.
