Bagels are good! And at this location they're consistently good. The folks behind the counter are always super pleasant. They're super nice to my kid, too.
Bagels were good but the overall sandwiches weren't great. A bit sloppy. Prices were average. The service in person was a little unclear as a first time visitor. Out of the 5 workers present none seemed particularly in a good mood or very assertive. They were very slow in preparing our small (2 sandwich) order and it wasn't a crowded or rushed meal time. Workers seemed either new or tired and were out of stock of a number of basic ingredients. Not a good first impression, might need to return at a different day to give a second chance.

Usually there at least pretty good, even though I could deal with less grease. Today however I ordered through grub hub a Suasage Egg and Cheese Breakfast sandwich w/plain bagel and a cinnamon raisin bagel w/plain cream cheese. I received a cinnamon raisin plain, and my breakfast sandwich on a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese??♀️ I don’t even know how that can happen
Friendly service, the bagels were great and so was the cream cheese, I will return.
Food was excellent! The counter people need training on customer service, they didn't greet me and let me stand at unmarked wrong end of food service line it took a customer to direct me.
Asiago Parmesan bagel is ❤️I also enjoyed the Leonardo da Veggie sandwich a lot.

I love this location to begin with, but this morning I was picking up a large take-out order. And Janay Went out of her way to help me get it together so that I could carry it out in one trip. Sorry if I spelled the name wrong but I totally appreciated the above and beyond.
