Bagels are barely toasted. Hardly warm. Entire crew is wearing masks. Why? No one answers the phone.

Still great bagels after all these years
1) can't get through on the phone. No one picks up. Sometimes if I just pop in they don't have enough of the bagels I want, so for a long time I called them in advance and would stop by after they made more. Now they won't pick up the phone so it's a gamble to stop by.2) at first I thought they miscounted, but the past several times I've ordered a "baker's dozen", I've only received 12. I'm not going to dig through the bag in the store to check, and I'm sure they count on that, because after so many missing 13th bagels it's hard to believe that it is not intentional.The bagels taste better than their parent cos other offerings (Einstein and Panera) but they should staff enough to answer phones and shouldn't be shorting people a portion of their primary order to save the small amount of money a single bagel costs to produce.
Friendly staff and bagels are always delicious!
My favorite is skinny bacon avocado tomato egg white for breakfast, lunch or take-home dinner :)
Tried a couple new bagels, they still make the best. Hands down.

They just weren't that good. Should not be called New York style bagels. Otherwise everything was fine.
Purchased a dozen of bagels a few days ago. They just wasnt fresh enough. The plain ones were ok, but the others seemed very dry. I've been eating bagels for years and on occasion when I pass this one will get a dozen. Mostly purchase at the downtown location. I think I will just get them in town. The parking is just awful. People parking all over the place. On a good note the people were very nice.
