Place is nice but the service I received from the cashier was a little rude. This was my first time visiting here and I tried to give the cashier my order as if I just walked into DnD and she just points down to the woman at the order station and doesn't speak. I don't know if she is normally rude or because it's that time of the morning or if it's because I'm a black guy or something.The sandwich maker however is also an elderly lady and she was nice and smiling and respectful. I wasn't made to feel welcomed and I will probably go to DnD next time.
The older women who are employed there have extremely bad attitudes every single time I have been there.Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving to store, waited in line for 15 minutes to be told that they aren't working on mobile orders and that I would have to wait for everyone in the line after me to be served first. I explained that didn't make sense that I ordered 25 minutes prior and now I am here and still have to wait for everyone AFTER me??! The woman making sandwiches became annoyed and began slamming things and mumbling. I told them since its a problem, cancel the order and the other other woman who was a cashier said they couldnt.I would avoid these place at all costs in the morning since they are so overworked and irritated with the traffic. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend anyone else go either. Manager's response was they can't fulfill all orders to meet guest expectations. LOL what a manager!
Customer service is below average. I ve gone to quite a few Bruegger's in different states. This location is so far the worst. Folks all look miserable at work.I’m done with this location. One old lady at the register ruined my morning. Twice! Every time i order in store, there is an issue!
I recommended that my daughter try your establishment for the time, as she now works in close proximity to this store. Not having been there before, she went to register first. She was met with a tongue lashing from the cashier about how she was ‘cutting’ the line and ‘can’t you see all the other people in line’. So she turned around and left and will never give you her patronage again. It only takes one employee bad attitude to lose a customer.

First time here, I was excited to order a breakfast sandwhich. It was just about 12pm and as I ordered my sandwhich the women with the bunny ears told the cashier “to cut the eggs”and I was told I couldn’t order my sandwhich in an unprofessional way, while the couple in front of me ordered breakfast sandwhichs just a minute before. I settled for a boring bagel with creamcheese and as I was waiting I had seen more eggs being made right in front of me which really annoyed me. Poor experience & poor service. bagel was mediocre at best.

The guy (I think jake from his name tag) said very inappropriate things to my son, this place is disgusting and the food is trash. I will never go back.
