Really nice, comfortable spot to sit and enjoy some coffee and wonderful bagels! The bagels have just a little bit of crunch to the outside, and are nice and soft inside. And the bagel sandwiches are great too. There are power ports on the bar and fast WiFi available if you need to access it. The staff are all super friendly too. I really enjoyed my visit and would certainly return!
Great bagel sandwich! Bagels definitely had that New York crunch + chew. A little small but still very tasty.
Im not going to bash anyone who is trying and I get that many people really like this place but my everything bagel was burnt and very bland. I've had amazing bagels in cities all over the country including here in Pittsburgh but this just doesn't cut it.
Decent bagels, and that's from someone who has lived across from Mazzola's in Carroll Gardens, then a half block from Murray's on 8th and did H&H and Ess-a-Bagel frequently.CHECK YOUR TO-GO ORDERS.Ordered w/ lox, capers, etc and got PLAIN BAGEL.Consider getting 3x toasted for double-toasted, unless they didn't do that either.
My new favorite morning spot in Lawrenceville! The bagels are really delicious and very affordable. It's also just a very chill place to spend your morning, it's got a very good vibe to it. The staff are super friendly and welcoming as well and made it an amazing experience. I will probably definitely be back. Highly recommend.
The restaurant area was very inviting. The employees were the best part. So polite and attentive. Could not have had been service at home. The place served good food. Well prepared and served. Was a little pricy on some things. Will go back for sure.
I'm sorry to the folks who wrote glowing remarks about these, but these ain't so good. In fact, most bagel stores in the Burgh have lousy/mediocre bagels. Just because these bagels are supposed to be from NYC doesn't automatically make them good. Bagels are best made fresh on location. These were small, sorta stale, skimpy on the fixings, and no tableside service despite a tip. They get three stars for being clean and nice inside. I would rather go to a plain bagel store and get bagels out of this world for a good price; then sit in a place trying to be Starbucks that is relying on a name. $20 for a baker's dozen of meza-meza bagels! Um, ok, you can keep 'em. It is more like a cafe that has bagels, not a bagel bakery/store.
Bagels and Coffee are great. Staff is friendly. Bagels seem a bit slow from ordering to when it's ready, but it's not a big deal.
This place is so great! The bagels are deeeelicious, they have a lot of different breakfast sandwich options, and the prices are really decent considering they actually ship the bagels in from NYC. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is nice. I’m so happy this place exists and that they are upping Pittsburgh’s bagel game
Nice interior, especially decorated for Christmas. Easily accessible outlets and hot chocolate is ghirardelli, so you know it's good. Bagels sandwich was underwhelming
