Got here for dinner the other night and the sides were dry and old but the Thai Garlic Chicken was good.
First I want to start with the employees one was very nice the other one very negative energies! ? She greeted us without even looking up at us it was so dry you can tell she had to say it!!? I order the three piece dark garlic which ended up being gravy with some type of garlic powder sprinkled on top of my gravy which put a nasty taste in my mouth ? the two legs were the size of wing dings and a thigh should still be running around the farm getting exercise!!? When the nicer employee noticed how small it was she offered me a half a chicken but I declined because I wanted to taste the garlic chicken ? bad decision!! My rice had a taste as if it was going bad ? and I only ordered rice because everything else look dry, and I know was not cooked today ??♀️ a woman walked in off the street with her own cup ,coughing loud without covering her mouth, she went straight for the soda machines, filled it up and sat down and relaxed right in the middle of the dining room in front of customers that we're trying to eat ? My experience with this BM ????
Placed an online order of chicken,meatloaf,salad,cornbread Mac and cheese. 1st the meatloaf was more than okay. 2nd the delivery was way early and prompt.However the chicken was horrible,the portions were extremely small. The dark meat chicken was all white meat. The white meat was dry. The sauce was cloying and overly sweet and smokey. The Mac and cheese was below average. The cornbread was dry,bland and tasted horrible. Wouldn't feed it to a bird. Overall this was our first Boston Market experience and will NEVER order from them again. They used way too much salt in the food. It's terrible. Salad was acceptable in my girlfriends words. Honestly don't know who was running this place but how they are staying in business is beyond me. Don't waste your time or money. ☹️? Very disappointed with this waste of money
Absolutely terrible....Ordered the Nashville hot crispy chicken sandwich and this is what I received......... rotisserie chicken on bread lmao ... what a joke... I would give a negative star if I could!
I agree with the previous reviewer. This restaurant is an embarrassment and served one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. My wife ordered a Cobb salad as a side and they gave her a Caesar with a few pieces of rotten lettuce.
This was supposed to be mac n cheese. It’s brown. My guess it’s been sitting there for days. I don’t understand how someone can serve this and think it’s okay. How this place is still in business is beyond me. ALWAYS poor food quality.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I pulled in an empty drive-thru only to wait at the box for 15 minutes to order my food. They take my order. I get to the window only for a staff member to tell me, they are only taking online orders. I've had a couple issues in the past with the store on baum blvd. Very unprofessional, staff taking orders rudely, arguing amongst each other, sides horrible. I can go on... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!
I use to go to this Boston Market 3 to 5 times a week.Now the dinning room is clised most of the time and i don't drive.However whenever I call to see if their dining room is going to be open nobody answers the phone. Sometimes I call 4 or 5 time to a row, still bnobody answers the phone !!! Couple of times when I called I was right outside and there was absolutely no cars in the drive through or no people in the restaurant. Still the phone will just ring and ring and ring.I used to be highly addictive Boston Market in fact that one time I was on the Boston Market diet and lost weight!!! Family the last couple times when the dining room was open I was quite disappointed in the food. Sometimes I feel that the chicken set too well with a macaroni and cheese was just blaned.Today I was hoping to go to Boston Market dining room because I have a coupon and plus I don't want my points to expire. I fully understand if they have to be close but not being able to answer the phone when somebody has a simple question is kind of disppointing.Thank you
Went this morning @11:11 am and this is considered fresh chicken. I see why you can’t go inside and Drive- Thru only. I would’ve been able to see this and wouldn’t have excepted it. I figured the food would be fresh being across the street from the hospital that early in the morning. I had to throw away all this order except the sides and soda. The BLT was old cold and dry and you can see the chicken isn’t fit for human consumption. I personally don’t talk to people when I’m upset I only have conversations how I wish to be spoken to so I chose not to go back. Take the $ as a donation however I will never ? spend another dime @ Boston Market. Thank you
Terrible food quality and service; don't do it. They should be completely embarrassed of this operation. Taking people's money and not delivering crawls under my skin.Go 1 minute up the street to Market District and get their baked chicken at the hot foods bar and pick up 2 frozen sides.You're welcome!
