I am new to the area and was looking to find a place for me to take my lunch break....and I found it today as long as I get Robin for my waitress! Robin not only took care of me so well, she made me feel so welcome. I had the BLT and fries, and not once had to wait for a refill on my coffee. I told her I'd be seeing her Tues, Wed, and Thurs as that's what she works during the week Mon thru Fri! I highly recommend visiting if you want great service!
Bob Evans was going down then they made some changes and really improved prior to Covid. Now they seem to have more problem getting staff to serve, cook, and clean tables so wait times are bad food generally average. Wife got sick after her meal so will not be going back for a while. My meal was good so overall experience average

Went for breakfast wasn't packed, so it was nice. Food was decent. Haven't been there in forever . Place has been remodeled since I was last there.looked nice
I came here because Chili's next door was take out only and I didn't feel like driving around looking for another restaurant that was dine in. The server and male manager were friendly but my soup was barely warm and my dinner was the same way. I'm assuming that they had put everything in pans under the heat lamp because I came in a little more than an hour before closing. The cook and or server should've known the heat lamps don't keep food very hot and should've put my food in the microwave without me having to ask. The restaurant was cold too and there must've been something wrong with their HVAC system. They had portable heaters but they weren't turned on. It seems like ever since they moved the manager named Dan, it's gone downhill.
Good food, but horribly understaffed.. long wait times when there weren't many people eating. They need to pay more servers a good wage to get them in
I got the new Avocado omelet. Very good. Just wish it came out the kitchen hotter
They only had one server and he did a wonderful job. There were right of us and he was delightful.
Thank you for providing such a nice dinner....glad to be able to dine in...the waitress was wonderful
Bob Evan's always gives a quality meal for a low price and combined with excellent customer service makes for an outstanding experience!
