Should add friendly, helpful, waitress who made sure we were satisfied with our meals and kept our drinks filled.
Typical Bob Evans as far as decor and menu are concerned. Restroom was very clean which is generally a good sign. Easy access, on and off the highway which is a plus.Our server, Jennifer, was outstanding. She made our visit very easy to like.
Stopped with two friends and ordered a skillet open face omelet. It was really good though it wasn't served hot, just lukewarm. I've always enjoyed Bob Evans whenever I come across one which isn't too often now that I don't have any business travel.The waitress was outstanding and she sure kept the coffee cups filled. Would've been 5 stars if the food would have been hot.
We had three adults and two children and of the 5 meals served, only mine had a problem. I had specifically asked for well done on my skillet breakfast and yet the hash browns were in a poorly cooked lump.Now, this is a sadly common problem with hash browns in my experience, it seems that cooks really have trouble getting them more than barely browned on the outside.That said, the waitress took my complaint seriously and offered to cook them properly herself which really surprised me.Then the manager came by and personally apologized.Then they gave me a full breakfast, not just the hash browns. (They were nicely browned and cooked all the way through.)For a single, small problem out of five meals, Bob Evans made very sure that I would be returning regularly if I had lived in the area, (I don't even live in the same state), but I will look for another here in Lincoln and give them preference next time I'm looking to do a sit-down meal.
Wait staff was nice and the food there is always pretty good. Seemed like my Arnold Palmer was getting watered down like immediately, tho. Like there was no sugar in it at all. I thought they gave me unsweetened tea at first, but I got a to go cup that had flavor for like 2 minutes. Something is wrong with their pop machine or too much ice or something.
I was a Bob Evans first timer and was pleasantly surprised. I went on a Sunday morning and could not believe the masses of people that kept pouring in! This told me good things before I even tried it! The food was classic breakfast diner food (I knew what I was signing up for) but our waitress was so sweet and attentive and the environment at this location was great. I don't typically go to joints like this, but it is a great option to have close by me.
My wife and I had a wonderful waitress serve us while we were there. Did not have to wait very long for food or service. Food was very tasty and came in large portions. Overall very pleased by or visit and plan on coming back again soon.
Our waitress, Jodi was quick, friendly and accurate. The guy at the register was also very nice and friendly. (Didn't catch his name)
I called the Manager of the Bob Evans in Harmarville, PA to clarify a price discrepancy between the TV ad and the menu. He could not have been nicer, and told me to come in anytime for 2 free Turkey dinners. When I got thee, he and his staff were so nice and accommodating, and the food and portion size were outstanding. Very nice experience
Too cold to eat. (Directly near the restroom.)I ordered 4 different foods, but they served 3 same foods. (We are 2 adults, 2kids) I understand that there is misunderstanding, but usually one family don’t order 3 same foods.
