I was here for a conference and it was a bit busier than expected, but not too bad. I was able to find a seat at the bar quickly.Food great (had burger sliders), good selection of beer and wine (I stick with beer), and the shake was surprisingly great. I had a Reese’s chocolate peanut butter shake.Service very good, food good, nice atmosphere. I will visit again next time I’m in Pittsburgh.
Our company had a meet and greet hosted here. Mike was great in helping me make sure everything was perfect. Him and the staff were very friendly, and hard workers, especially our server Tyler. Tyler was a good sport in making our drinks quickly, and keeping us happy throughout the event. Of course there is the food, thank you to Chef Andrew and his staff for the delicious morsels! Overall 10/10, whether you want to host an event, get a drink at the bar, or sit down and be waited on, you will be in good hands.
I was able to get dinner here on a Wednesday at 5:30 PM before Anthrocon was in full swing, so it wasn't very busy, so experience may very if it was busier. But at least for my experience, I couldn't be happier. I was looking for a quick meal before going to a movie, and was seated quickly. My server, Allison, got my order in around 5:45, and it was ready sometime around 5:50. I ordered the Ranch Hand with tater tots and sprite. It was very messy, as you'd figure with so much juicy meat and condiments, but very, very good, and I couldn't have been happier. And actually, the tater tots were great too. They tasted freshly fried, with a perfect application of both salt and even pepper, and I don't know of anywhere else that uses pepper on tater tots, but it was really delicious. And then when I was done, Allison came and brought me my check quickly, and all that was $23.54 with tax, which was a fair price for such good food and quick service. All told, if you can get here when it's not jam packed, like I did, you'll be able to have a very good meal.
Just ok. Stopped here on 4th of July for dinner. Place was empty. Service was good. Food was just ok. We had the big bird BLT, mini Bs (sliders) and kids chicken tenders. I upgraded my fries to onion strings - they were super tasty.
Went for happy hour. Waiter was working hard and personable, but the kitchen was not on their game. Appetizers came out after our dinners, and the buffalo chicken dip was ice cold. Informed the server, and the dip came back microwaved but not stirred, so the top was hot like magma but the middle was still ice cold. Needed microwaved again. We ordered burgers for dinner. Sweet potato fries were excellent. Burgers were overdone and dry for everyone. Really awful.Disappointing experience. Don't think we'll go back, and didn't feel we got our money's worth despite our two appetizers being half priced.
I grade hard. For a 5 everything is exceptional. Maybe 1 in 20. For a 4 everything is exceptional. A 3 takes good on everything. Maybe 16 hit the grade. Sadly that leaves on For a 1 or 2. Simply put service was bad and there should not be a ten minute break between soup and salad. On the food front, the French onion tasted like canned a two. The salad was generic being generous a three
Maurice was amazing! On top of everything we needed. We had a group of 6 had the best food! Chef Andrew hit it out of the park!! We will all be back!
Everything was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond! Maurice was absolutely an amazing waiter?
Stopped here for lunch today. The guy who was our server was not good at all. Waited on drinks, didn't even bring the food as we ordered it. Not busy at all so I see no excuse poor service. We both ate just half the burger as it wasn't even the way we ordered it. Being our 1st time we wouldn't return or recommend.
Honestly I’ve gone out to eat a lot lately and had some great experience but the staff and manager here, I think his name was Mike, are so amazing! This is a new family favorite and we can’t wait to come back!
