Very good tasty chicken wings that are prepared and seasoned the way you want them to be.
Food was delicious ? cooked just right. I have eaten at several locations. My favorite was the one on Spring Garden Ave. because from the first time I went there, they cooked my wings just the way I liked them and they were amazing. Now the one in Bellevue is good as well. But this one is amazing with how they do and they deliver... lol
Honestly if I could rate 0 I would!! Absolutely ridiculous ordered wings 9:50pm, told me would be here by 11:20pm! It is now 12:20am and STILL NOTHING!! I contacted when it was my delivery time a guy answered and said it was on its way! It’s an hour later and still nothing! Such an inconvenience; I will NEVER order from this location again!
Wait time was an hour for 16 boneless wings. Got there and had to wait another half hour, on top of that got blue cheese side instead of the ranch I paid for and 8 of the wings were the wrong sauce.
Awesome! They have so many great flavors to choose from. Also the guys there were so helpful walking us through what all of the names mean and even letting us sample the sauces to decide.
The wings were okay. My complaint is about the fresh cut French fries. The were disgusting, over coated and burnt. They tasted like they were cooked on old grease. This was very disappointing.
I understand there is a labor shortage but informing customers of long delivery times is not hard. 3 hours for 18 wings? I had to call in three times and was told it would arrive any minute. I finally cancelled around 3 hours. What’s wrong with just telling customers you don’t have enough workers or can you pick up the order or your wait time is 3 hours? They ended up dropping off wings and refunding the order so I’m giving 3 stars.
Best wings but always call 30 minutes ahead.
So they put us on hold over and over until 10:15, so about 30+ minutes. Then say "we're not taking orders", like you havnt been playing customers and then forgets to actually put you on hold and you hear her saying she purposely did it because she didn't want to take anymore orders. We did this with 3 different phones because this isn't the 1st time and sure enough she did it with all phones lol terrible. And we kept calling, then she finally answered again... "were out of all chicken wings and almost out of boneless and out of French fries, so what would you like?" Very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
