Mia was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so sweet and was always there to answer any of our questions. The cake was also DELICIOUS. I’m not even a big cake person but this was probably one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. I definitely would recommend them for not only your wedding but any event you may need a cake for!

Like some other reviews below, despite the cake being amazing, our experience was TERRIBLE. It was probably the best cake we had ever had. I immediately paid a deposit online (as I live over an hour & a half away). Then I didn't hear back for six months. I called, and I emailed Mia multiple times to no avail. Eventually, I had to make the over three hour round trip to Pittsburgh to go in person to make sure my spot was even still saved. As soon as I walked in, Mia knew who I was (which probably meant she saw my last two emails that said if I don't get a response I'll have to drive up on my one day off in three months). She sat down and talked to me. She told me she would email the contract to me by the end of the day. She gave me her cell phone number so I could text her, which I appreciated at the time. Fast forward three months, and I still don't have a contract, I don't know what the cakes will look like, and I don't even know if I'll have cakes. Whenever I texted Mia (I was NEVER rude, albeit increasingly more short in my messages), I was either given an excuse or, more often, I was met with no reply. So I had to drive up again, this time bringing my mom with me. We would have normally backed out, as this was THE WORST customer service we had ever seen, but we needed a wedding cake, as this was two months before my wedding. Mia, who had claimed repeatedly that she had sent me the contract but must have typed in the email address incorrectly, then went to make the contract then and there. I know she was making it then because she had to come back and ask me for different information multiple times. She asked me to sign it, I looked through, and the information about the cakes were wrong. Eventually she got it right, we signed the contract, and we were able to make the rest of the payment. Anytime I reached out during the next two months (as we needed to know when the cake would be delivered and such, as we were never told), yet again Mia NEVER answered. Skipping ahead to our wedding day, I still didn't know if and when the cakes were coming. The only confidence I had was when I was able to speak to Beth, as she at least confirmed a delivery was scheduled (Beth was very nice and helpful). Eventually, the cakes got delivered. The woman who delivered them was VERY nice. I asked her about a possible allergen in the cake (I had asked Mia weeks before and received no reply). She immediately called the company and found out. Our wedding was Halloween themed, which she loved, and asked if she could take pictures. As far as the cake designs go, both were incorrect. The main cake was supposed to have tilted layers (that was the one thing I really asked for), which we also paid extra for, and it did not. The grooms' cake was supposed to look like an electrical circuit, as my husband is an electrical engineer. Mia was even the one that found the picture. Instead, it was just wrapped in a print of a bunch of numbers, like codes. We didn't know what it was supposed to be. It was the day of my wedding, nothing to do, so of course I let it go, but if you pay extra for decoration, someone should make sure said decoration happens. (I did ask later for a partial decoration refund, and they gave me $105, which didn't cover much but I wanted to be done with it). We ended up having to borrow a cake stand. Per the rules, my mom tried to drop it off the week following the wedding (we were on our honeymoon). No one was there, even though she followed the online business hours. Sure enough, I heard from Mia REPEATEDLY about the cake stand, and she was VERY quick to reply. This was interesting since she couldn't be bothered to simply confirm that I had a cake at any point in the past year. Anytime we went up, she was never apologetic, even a little bit. As far as Mia goes, I don't have a positive thing to say when it comes to how she 'does her job.' Everybody else I dealt with was always pleasant, but unfortunately they were unable to help when it came to the actual
Highly recommend! They made our wedding cake and cookies to add to our cookie table. Both the cake and the cookies were beautiful, delicious, and reasonably priced! Mia and the team at Bella Christie's were super easy to work with. I will definitely be returning in the future!
I contacted Bella Christie just a couple of weeks before my wedding hoping they could accommodate a mini dessert bar but thinking it was a long shot since it was such short notice. To my surprise, they were more than happy to accommodate and extremely easy to work with, quick to respond to my questions, menu was straightforward etc. We received so many compliments on our dessert bar and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and quality! Would 10/10 recommend to any bride and groom that’s looking for a stress free vendor for their wedding!

Words cannot express how amazed I am with my entire experience with Bella Christie! Kadee and all the staff are quick to respond and are extremely informative. They helped me completely customize my husbands vegan birthday cake. I am blow away with the detail they put into this cake and how identical it looks to the picture I showed them. I’m also impressed with my pick up… especially because I misread the pick up time and showed up late, face palm, and they were super understanding and patient with me.I will never go anywhere else for a cake again for any occasion. They have my business for life.

On my wedding day, I was surprised the cake actually showed up and looked the way it was supposed to. I was fully prepared to not not have a cake because they are so disorganized and unresponsive. We went in for a tasting, put the deposit down, and didn’t hear from them again for 3 months. I called 3 times, emailed 4 times, and finally had to walk into the bakery to get them to send me an invoice and confirm they were still good for our date. The pattern continued during the entire process. Beth at the front counter was amazing in advocating for us when no one else would. I 100% understand 2021 wedding season is crazy, but there’s no excuse for their lack of customer service for weddings.
