I took my 9 year old grandson here today. He had no problem getting his icecream. I cannot have gluten at all. I asked if the icecream is gluten free and the young men working there said all icecream has gluten in an added ingredient. I asked about a smoothy and was told the smoothes has an added ingredient with gluten. They had nothing without gluten. Was told the sherbert also has gluten. I will not be going back here and loved the icecream before I was put on gluten-free diet.
All the employees are so nice and helpful. Even on a snowy night they served us with a smile on their faces. They close at 9:30 and we still were able to be served at 9:10 as stores should.

I go to this location often. The service is so inconsistent. Business hours and portion sizes are also inconsistent. The ice cream is good, the reason for the star, yet over priced. I am very surprised this location is still in operation because it is horribly mismanaged.

For at least the past 15 years, we have ordered ice cream cakes 2-3 times a year for family birthdays. I called to order a birthday cake on 12/11/21 at 10:00am for pick up on 12/12/21 between 6-9pm. I was told by the female associate that they could not accommodate me bc they needed 48-hour notice. Since I was having a neighbor pick it up as I'm homebound due to recent injury, I asked her to tell me what they had pre-made in freezer. They were all either Christmas decorated or had chocolate cake. We do not celebrate Christmas. I wanted to order/pick up a small birthday cake with vanilla cake and icing. I understand and I'm sympathetic to places being short-staffed, etc... due to the pandemic BUT it was the way it was handled. The associate was rude! I've never has this type of an experience there and we love their cakes, but this was so disappointing. The older gentleman that I believe owns the place has always been accommodating, friendly and efficient. I couldn't find another way to make him/the store aware of my encounter and I'm not sure they'll see it here but thought I'd give it a try. I've probably written 3 poor reviews in my 55+ years.
If you're going to change your hours you need to update the hours here so people don't drive out to a closed store
I called and asked if they still had the iced tea freezes and the woman kept hanging up on me didn’t even answer my question just kept hanging up everytime I called.
