The drinks, and food were in my opinion overpriced. The drinks weren't particularly good either. The game selection is okay though, plenty of games to try out.

Great games, great drinks, local restaurant teamed up for good food. staff was friendly!!

Absolutely awesome place!! My husband and I had so much fun! Arcade games are cheap and the drinks are priced well. Cool vibe and has most of the classic arcade games. Very hot inside, but the great little balcony is a perfect for cooling off. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, awesome selection of games, and drinks are reasonably priced for the location. Only complaint was that it was very hot. We had to keep stepping out onto the balcony to cool down.

Honestly a really really cool spot. Full scale bar. Can order from the delicious Slider Vibes next door. Games are all about a dollar or cheaper. Loved my time here and will be bringing plenty people back.

Cool retro arcade vibes. You gotta go up the stairs next to the Chase to get here. Awesome drinks to go with the games.

awesome atmosphere!! great place to grab a drink and play some arcades and pinballs!!

Really loved my experience here (for the most part). The atmosphere, art, and lights made this place feel special. The drinks are pretty cheap for the heart of Pittsburgh ($8-10 unless you want the XL goldfish drinks) but don’t expect anything super sophisticated. They are delicious though! The one drink has sherbet in it and a vanilla vodka to make almost a creamsicle drink; simple yet addicting. The staff were not too talkative but nice nonetheless (thank you to the bartender who gave me a free drink because I foolishly spilled mine). Let’s move to the machines. There’s a lot more variety here than a rival I disliked more on North Side: Shorty’s. Lots of pinballs and old-school arcades alike. Some of the machines do need some love and care though. The Super Mario Bros. machine joystick was unresponsive resulting in deaths. The Gun N’ Roses limited edition pinball machine had flipper issues. Lastly, the only coin machine in house ate a dollar from me. Lastly, the food options. The menu comes from a slider shop downstairs. I had a very similar issue with food here as I did with Shorty’s: overall price and quantity. You go to a bar, have a few drinks, and want a decent shareable to soak up some alcohol before either drinking more or heading out. We got an order of the fried pickles, large nuggets, and one slider. The sliders are around $5 depending on what you get EACH. The nuggets were small, albeit good. And the pickles were embarrassing. There were 8 pickle chips in the container for 3 people. Similar to Shorty’s, I left wanting more without spending a small fortune on food. Not sure if these two places share the same owner or if they just worked out some kind of deal. I’m glad the option’s there, but the portions/prices are questionable. All in all, Barcadia is a great hangout spot. Drinks are satisfying, machines have variety, but the food options are pricey/underwhelming.

We ate hear when in the city for a couple of Pens games. Food was amazing, Margo, our server was super! She not only was excellent at her job but took the time to give us info and tips for visiting Pittsburgh.Definitely recommend giving this place your business!

Had a blast. It was a Monday night so not much going on in downtown Pittsburgh but Barcadia was open. Played games. Really nice bar tender
