Went to get a table about two and half hours after the last sporting event. A ton of empty table and was told there wasn't room and it'd be about an hour wait. I understand there may be reservations. I didn't make a huge deal about it, I get it it's a busy day , but , I said to my family that I was surprised because it was emptier than other establishments in the area. I wasn't trying to be rude just was trying to say I was wrong in thinking it may be the fastest option and we might need to go somewhere else. The person at the desk decided to say, "You're not special." I get I'm not special, I absolutely understand the pressure servers are under. But there wasn't any reason to be rude. I'll gladly eat somewhere else with a wait.
Unfortunately, everything I wanted was sold out. So, I had to settle for a salad and fried pickles. It was good. My bartenders were nice.
I visited this establishment today on 4/30 with 2:other friends, we sat at a table near the bar, service was extremely slow, we were never acknowledged after after 20 minutes , and still none said anything after a long wait. . We were visiting from out town , and was highly disappointed.
The food and drinks were phenomenal. Daniel recommend me my drink (lone star lemonade) and the food (cheese steak dip) being his favorite things on the menu. His uplifting personality made the experience that much better. Give Daniel a raise!
Dan was a great sever! Great food too
Service was not very good. The bar tender was not personable at all. We sat at the bar - he walked over after several minutes ( we were the only two at the bar) handed us a menus and walked away - (A drink would have been great) . Why else does someone sit at the bar. After another 5 min or so he came back and asked if we wanted to order. Yes a drink please. And food. We both ordered the Louie Burger and tator tots Not many places offer tater tots. The food finally arrived after he stopped by twice and said he would check on it. Only two other tables on the restaurant at this time besides us sitting at the bar. When he brought out our food - the burger was very small on a very small bun. But it was good. The tator tots however literally turned to dust we tried to eat one. Crumbled into nothing. There was no potatoe left in these tots. When we finally got him to come over and showed him the tots turned to dust when you squeeze one - his response was - they are right out of the fryer - YES they are -hot dust - completely overcooked - he finally offered to have them replaced. - the next batch -also over cooked but at least there was a tiny bit of potatoe left in the center. Needless to say we probably won’t visit this restaurant again. We eat out often. We will pass on this restaurant.
Great food, nice environment & most important, amazing service! I’ve stopped in on many occasions with friends & family, I’ve always had a great experience. My server this weekend when I stopped in with some friends was great! Ceara was amazing, very friendly & fast! We will definitely be back again soon!
Ceara was the best server we had in a long time!! She was so attentive, quick and so friendly!! She is an amazing employee & y’all are lucky to have her! Food was also bomb too. No complaints here :)
It has been difficult to find a comfortable place to dine the past two years. My small party decided to try Bar Louie today. Our server, Alexis, is a very nice young lady, food was on point, and our beverages were never empty. It ended up being a great night out with the guys. We will be back again soon. Thank you!
Stopped because we needed an hour to burn, and wanted a non-beer drink. Bar Louie seemed good and boy did we make the right call. Good drinks...blood orange mules for me and Winter punch for my wife, both tremendous. We shared a quick appetizer, chips and trio of dips...all dips made in house with plenty of chips...a perfect hour spent before a sad funeral obligation.
