Uber eats order. 1. No Wasabi 2. No extra ahi tuna 3. No crunchy onions on meal 4. Rolls were falling apart 5. Tuna had a pale color and very fishy taste 6. Missing sauces 7. One small soy sauce for three rolls Will never order from again. You spend $70 and expect the basics to be right. Buyer beware, this place has subpar product and subpar quality control. I'm actually embarrassed that this place has somehow reached the status of a franchise. This is the 5th time I've edited this review, with each bite something is worse than the prior bite, we've now stopped eating with about 90% of the food left. Sushi isn't like pizza where you can stomach a bad pizza. This sushi is inedible and disgusting! No exaggeration, Getgo sushi is far superior to this garbage. A complete waste of $70.
Despite what others are saying, freshness can only go so far if your product isn't even good to begin with. This food is subpar and no more impressive than a cold Subway sandwich. It is honestly comparable to canned food in terms of quality.If you're like me, you've had sushi before that was fine, but was at least cheap, therefore justifiable. This is not the case here. You will easily spend ~20 on a bowl and a sushi roll that are flat-out incomparable to any other sushi in Robinson at a similar price range. Pick literally ANY other location in the area for sushi and it will taste better than this, I can assure you.For clarification, this is in no way a bash on the service. The employees there are simply working with what they have, and provided good service to me. However, if you are at all familiar with what good sushi tastes like, you will be left feeling disappointed and ripped off if you expect to find it here.
If you know good sushi, you would NEVER want to eat here. Fast food sushi…kinda scary. Never again.
I just tried this place yesterday (April 9, 2022). I tried the shrimp tempura with cucumber. What really stood out to me was how they accommodated me when I asked to wait for freshly fried shrimp. First she informed me how the shrimp that they already had was less than 10 minutes old. But she didn't make me feel bad for asking. After that she was very helpful and answering all my questions. Now, this place is on my radar. I will spread the word.
I love their make your own bowl. The employees were very helpful on my first visit. They explained everything, were super nice and patient. They have a cool rice flattening machine and sushi cutting machine. The ingredients were super fresh and the sauces were delicious.
Wow is all I can say about my new found favorite spot. Sushi just like Subway with choices and it looks beautiful in the case. You also have other options for bento boxes, Poke bowls, and lightly fried apps which are insanely good. The place is super clean which i appreciate. I will be back!

Worst sushi ever!!! Quality is really poor! Tuna sushi had a strange color and a terrible smell, had to put all my order in the garbage! Don’t waste your money
Great build your own sushi and poke. Honestly I find the sushi to be superior to the poke as compared to places that truly specialize in poke. Their spring rolls are fantastic -moist inside and crispy fried wrappers.
Very delicious food here! I've had both sushi rolls and their made to order bowls. Very clean inside! Prices are good. Highly recommended!
