I Like the place, pricing is a bit high for Quality of food and on top of that the portions are a little small for some foods. Like fry's, or there chicken Alfredo. Went there a few times in the past weeks and the amount of food I've received has gotten smaller which is a bit weird. And when I asked they said it's the normal amount which it wasn't but I left it be. The staff are friendly and come to check by often which is appreciated. Overall not the best place to go out to eat but not the worse. I hope the quality of food goes up and the price gets adjusted a little to match the quality of food and the portions.
One of my favorite places! Great food, great really friendly service and did I mention great food? I usually get the Bourbon Street Steak. Always cooked and spiced to perfection! Very clean inside. Lots of off street parking and a little higher noise level than a lot of places but that's to be expected at more fun places! Very reasonable prices in my opinion. Highly recommend!
This is a pretty good spot to grab some dinner, or if you want something cost effective for a date lol. The service is always good and if you go at night it's half off appetizers! The pretzel sticks are amazing!! Bad thing is the drink prices are pretty high. Like over 7 dollars for a Fat Tire beer... other than that it's a decent spot.
The best dinner we have had anywhere in a long time! Friendly staff great service! this is our go to place never any problems when we come here. Will definitely continue to go when we can.
Did a curbside through the app. Salads were so-so perhaps due to the lettuce contamination and supply issues that were 4-6 weeks ago. Perhaps not. The delicious green pesto sauce stuff was missing from all of our meals which was super disappointing because that stuff is really what makes the chicken so amazing. Otherwise it’s just blackened chicken with some bland shrimp. We like to blame the pandemic for less-than stellar experiences but who’s to say? We’ve had a 50/50 experience with this Applebee’s location.
We went late night (around 11ish)... It was amazing. The only thing I wish I could change would be them having the onion soup! Apparently they have been out of it for months!
My husband and I went there on Friday around 12am.. It was busy but our waitress was excellent. I ordered the sirloin medium well with shrimp . The steak was cooked PERFECTLY!! It was juicy and tender just perfect . Whoever the cook was that night was excellent especially since it was close to closing time. Everything we ordered, spinach artichoke dip perfect, my hubby got half rack of.ribs perfect , salad perfect. They were just perfect this night ?????
Visited the West Mifflin, PA Applebees on 1-18-22 at approx 2:30-3:00..We placed an order for a medium rare steak but received a well done steak that was like leather. When we complained, the waitress indicated she would speak to the manager. The waitress arrived back at our table to inform us that the manager agreed to a minimal amount off our bill. However, the manager never came to our table to apologize or to check for themself the root of the problem even though this was not a busy time at the restaurant. We left the restaurant with no assurance the problem would be addressed going forward. Poor management at this location left us to believe management did not care about customer satisfaction. Will probably not go back to this location. Meals were below par and management lacked experience.
Food was delicious!! I suggest u go during their special hours. 1/2 off appetizers, $4 cocktail & beer specials. From 4pm-6pm?????????☺️☺️
Ordered a classic cheese burger (well done) no pink, I specified that I don't want pink meat still got it. Very upset gave it to my dog.
