TYSM everything was spectacular! Check out the fish and chips! Perfectly crisp and fried with no grease being sent home with me ?? It’s the little things really!The donuts should come with an addiction warning because they are beyond DELICIOUS!. Served warm they literally melt in your mouth! Generous portions of caramel and chocolate so you won’t run out halfway through! Happy and full! S/O to curbside for being super quick and friendly too! ♥️
I recently visited Applebee's with a few family members to have a male to celebrate my son's wedding. Nothing too big or fancy. I mean, we were at Applebee's after all. We knew that it was possible for all of us to not be seated. Turns out that half of the group did not show up so to make sure that those of us that did show up sat together we were asking our options to have some tables put together. The waitress retrieved the manager to answer our questions. And answering our questions? The manager was very sarcastic and condescending. One question I asked was if we could have the row of six empty tables along one side of the restaurant that we were looking at pushed together and we be moved over there so that we could fit. The manager went on to tell me how I was sitting inside of Applebee's not a banquet hall and that we should have planned accordingly being that we had so many people. I acknowledge that we did have 13 people and asked again why we couldn't sit at the row of empty tables across from us. The manager said again that we were not in the banquet hall and that that is not what they do. That Applebee's does not accommodate large groups unless we call ahead. I acknowledged that we did not call ahead and pointed out the empty tables again. He told me that if he's sad us there we will create a fire hazard in the walkway because they cannot put the tables adjacent to the table that we were currently sitting at. As I begin to try to explain that I did not want to add tables to where we were I wanted us to move completely he told us that if he did that he was going to take our spots and put us back in line and we would have to wait for the next open table for a large group. I left it alone to respect the restaurants policy. What I did not like was that we sat there having our meal and celebrating for at least two hours and not a soul came to be seated in that empty section. The manager showed no remorse. Only signs of irritation and driving the point that we were not in a banquet hall home. I also did not like that there was no way to modify my receipt. The lovely waitress, Julia pointed out some happy hour specials, but I was charged full price and there was no way to modify it. People make mistakes why not have a system that can adjust them.
Let me tell you, I've been to over 100 Applebee's over the past number of years, without a doubt, this was the best French Onion Soup I've ever eaten at an Applebee's, very favorable, it tasted delicious. The Chef did a great job on the French Onion soup. I also had the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, which was so delicious. Service was awesome and got my order correct and cooked to perfection. The bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of parking around the building. I will definitely eat here again, when I'm in the area.
Our waitress Kayla was amazing. She was delightful to have. I enjoyed her services. She also, helped out my disabled brother. The food came out hot and on time. We had no complaints at all. Thank you
Good as usual. Meal was served good and hot. Cold beer and good service. Server checked on us but didn't hover. Good free birthday desert.
I have never liked Applebee's food, only the cocktails. I have not been there in years but I went last nite for a late nite appetizer. The french onion soup that was served to me was cold. My date said his chicken and shrimps tasted and also had the texture of rubber. It is overpriced. I do not understand how this place stays in business. The food is not good at all. The staff seem like they do not wnat to be there.The waiter took forever to take our order and the place was empty. He also forgot our cocktails and served us the food first instead. This is not the way it is supposed to be when dining, the drinks come first!!... Bad service and bad food. I will never step foot inside another Applebee's as long as I live. I would of gave one star but I gave 2 stars because I do ACTUALLY like the cocktails... but thats about it.
Riblets not so good this time. They were not hot, just warm. The fries were very hot. Riblets were a little tough & had a lot of fat. Were not good at all when I reheated mine couple of days later. I threw my left overs away. Disappointed this time
Food was good and came out quickly. My server nick was very friendly and quick for service. I would go back and ask for him
Cajun salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes it was ok I think it's overpriced I was still hungry afterwards and for the price you should get more salmon just being honest.
Oriental salad was good but waited a full hour after being seated before we got our food - I ordered a salad with no meat...not a good idea for those who need to keep to a work lunch. Server never came back to table once she gave us our food and she never checked in our explained the wait.
