Excellent small business for authentic Mexican food.
One of the few truly authentic Mexican restaurants in the city! Dont let the name fool you, their paletas are amazing but they are SO MUCH more than that. I highly reccomend the birria tacos, tamales, and my personal fav.. the esquites! Also dont miss the agua frescas, theyre huge and refreshing and perfect on a hot day!

We drive an hour just for the food and the atmosphere..best authentic mexican restaurant I've been too, it even beats the ones i've visited in California! Amazing food ! Finally found great Mexican food in Pittsburgh! They have great options ! Quick service. There's even ice cream !
The birria tacos are pretty damn good, but the soup is freaking amazing!! Great hidden gem! Also, the gelato is pretty decent! ?
Simple yet incredible and authentic Hispanic food. Great prices too! Will definitely eat there again, and I will recommend this place to others. Make sure to try their agua de limon y pepino (cucumber limeade drink).
The most authentic Mexican food and drink and ice cream I have had since living in Southern California.Seriously great food and the fresh juice is amazing. I highly recommend this place. The gentleman working was super nice ? My husband and I will definitely be back.And I do want to say something too. Remember everyone we are still dealing with a pandemic and things are hard right now. That being said there was only one man working that day and he was waiting on everyone ( as well and helping with making the food). If you want great food it's ? WORTH THE WAIT!☺️ He did an amazing job.
My absolute favorite place to eat! The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. I drive a little over an hour to come eat and each time it’s always worth it!
Borrows tacos are the best I’ve had. Food is amazing but it is a wait. I waited an hour. Next time I know to order before hand. Love this place though
