The food was really good and filling, but the long wait really ruined it for us. We decided to run an errand while waiting and came back half an hour later with our order still pending. Took another 15 minutes before it was ready. It was obvious that they're understaffed, and I felt sorry for the folks working there serving too many customers. Until they can hire more people, they should really scale down their operations or at least give customers a heads-up of the wait time.
I love you all soo much. 5 stars all around. Like, a game show-style tank full of stars to grab or dance around with. Whichever is fine.I have been ordering from here for years (since I moved here from MD) and I am NEVER disappointed.Your staff is amazing, friendly and always go above and beyond. I have had an ongoing jaw issues which makes it very difficult to eat. Thank you for always honoring my special requests, I appreciate you so very much! The soup/ smoothies keep me alive and your hot sauce brings me GREAT JOY.Side note, anyone dealing with jaw/ dental issues:This place is a goldmine. Hummus, soup, rice, baba, fresh smoothies.. take your pick!Bonus round side note: Amazing vegan options, very allergy friendly menu.
Never disappoints!! Generous portions, and flavor in every bite.
Food was excellent — that’s about it. Service was quite possibly the worst I’ve experienced in the past few years. Waiter (Ian) was MIA for 20+ minutes and didn’t even offer an apology/explanation when he lazily came back to get us a refill on drinks, which also took about 10 minutes to do. Honestly wondering, is the drink machine located down the street? Our “iced” teas had literally two ice cubes in them, but he was somehow offended when we kindly asked for a cup of ice. I would say “maybe they were short staffed”, but to put things into perspective, there were a total of 3 other customers dining in on a Saturday afternoon… Now I know why. For similar cuisine with 10x the service, head to Amel’s.
Hummus and Beef Kafta. Always a good choice!
Quite alright.. I was lucky enough to meet the chef Tommy himself.. quite a nice gaffer! Definitely keeping the aladdin‘a restaurant up and running!
We ordered falafel which was very tasty. Also, Mujadara speciality food was a big portion which took me 30 minutes to finish. Everyone of us enjoyed the food and quite vibe. I will visit again to try other food too. They have good selection for vegans as well.
Amazing vegan and vegetarian options. Prices are decentOriginal: 5/5, still remains 5/5.Came to ETA: haven't been there in a while and the new waitstaff is amazing. We had Ian, he did such an amazing job I was mentally taking notes for my work. He and the other staff were fully attentive to the dine ins, take-out, and phones. I never heard the phone ring more than one time while there and we were sitting right next to the register.Great food, atmosphere, drinks, and definitely great staff. If you haven't eaten here yet, you should give it a try.
They have a lot of options albeit all Lebanese American faire. The quality of food is good. Quality of dessert is great. The people that work there also seem alright.
While traveling in Pennsylvania my husband & I were delighted to discover Aladdin's Eatery. It is not always easy to find a restaurant that serves good vegetarian food while traveling. Aladdin's was so delicious we ate there twice in three days.
