Aladdin’s is a decent Lebanese chain. The soups are tasty and so are the plates. I have never dined in, but takeout is mostly good. The shawarma is decent, but not my favorite in Pittsburgh.I’ve encountered a few issues using food apps to order pickup. I’ll pay through the app and then I’m asked to pay again when I stop in.I order here because of the gluten free options.
We love seriously Aladdin’s and never have a bad experience. Everyone who works here is so pleasant and kind, and the food is always amazing. The only thing i would like to mention is that when we came this week for lunch, my husband and I both had these really huge, crunchy beans in our falafel. They were not chickpeas and were not ground in any way. They were quite unpleasant and unexpected, as we have never had falafel with whole beans like that. We hope this was a one-off instance because the falafel is usually amazing!
Just ate the superfoods salad with added chicken. WOW Healthiest most satisfying meals I have ever had. Waitress was wonderful, atmosphere was relaxing. My only regret is I live 3.5 away.
My daughter is gluten free and they manage to Not only make me feel completely confident that her food is safe to eat but also make it absolutely delicious. The gluten free desserts are outrageous paired with the best hummus I’ve ever had!! I would give more stars if I could!!
This is our 3rd time ordering in the past couple of weeks and I regret all the years we've lived here but haven't tried Aladdin's! I'm new to this type of cuisine but have loved everything I have tried and look forward to trying something new each time we order. It has quickly become a regular in our takeout rotation.Tonight we greatly appreciated the quick thinking of the young lady handling takeout and calling me to let me know my husband left his credit card there. Thanks so much and we're already looking forward to the next time we order!
Just had the best tabouhleh and grape leaves from my new fav place ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Despite labor shortages in the kitchen, we had only a minor delay in receiving our entrées. The food was delicious and the staff was more than gracious. We had a throughly wonderful experience.
Great experience friendly staff and open atmosphere. Many different options no matter your preference!
I just love going to this place! The food here is just so good. Everything is just super good. Tiramisu has my heart.
I usually love the food here; but the service tonight was sub par.I ordered the jasmines favorite and specifically told the waitress that I didn’t want anything with lemon in it, so she mentioned the garlic sauce, which I thought would be ok since I told her I didn’t want anything with lemon. When she brought the dish with the sauce, I ate a little of the sauce and it tasted like it had lemon. When I asked her if it had lemon in it she checked with the kitchen and they said it did; then she told us, my boyfriend and I, that it wouldn’t be on the bill. When the bill came the dish was on the bill so my boyfriend asked about that and the waitress said that the sauce was taken off of the bill. We were confused. On the menu, it appears as though the sauce comes with the dish and is not a side that you get charged for, because I didn’t see it written that way. I then told the waitress again that I was specific in not wanting anything lemon, at all, because I have an allergy. She then spoke to what seemed to be her supervisor or manager, and the supervisor told us that the jasmines favorite dish could be comped for by half, unfortunately, the supervisor changed her story and told us that she spoke to the general manager and told us that they won’t comp the dish at all because I ate it and that I should have said something earlier——when I certainly had. Then she tells us that we can have free dessert, which was nice but neither of us eat desert so it didn’t help at all. My boyfriend at this point was upset about the situation because while we had explained these errors of service to the waitress and the supervisor, they made us feel like it was our fault that they made the mistakes and miscommunications that they made. My boyfriend was upset about this. During this entire ordeal there was a lot of back and forth and the wait staff and management were giving my boyfriend glares and dirty looks, I suspect because he was visibly upset due to the way we were being treated when he wanted to correct their mistakes that we were trying to address. It’s as if they expected us to be nonchalant and pleasant about bad service and mistreatment. All in all it was an incredibly uncomfortable and humiliating experience specifically in regards to the service.
