Kind of awful. Not a good staff. Seemed overwhelmed over nothing, short, and not very personable. Drinks were decent. Overall very disappointed. Just not a good atmosphere.
The waiters are doing what they can, but this place is way under staff when busy. Have plan B ready before arrival.
The food and the service were excellent. Our server, Gennady, took very good care of us. I would give them 5 stars if they had iced tea.

Room service not so great. No telephone pick up from room. So, I went downstairs. Yes, the restaurant was slammed. But every waiter said they were busy?? Nov 9 -21 . Thats wrong to turn away your hotel guest

Worse services ever, I walked in by 8/13/2021, it was 8:45 pm the waiter came to our table 30 min later just to offer something to drink and then 10 min later came again to take our order before he took the order to another table of a pepople that came 15 min later than me and my girlfriend. I was too dissapointed and about to leave the drinks on the table and getting back to my room in the hotel. I don’t recommend this place with that type of attention, I would rather a thousand of time to walk around and find another place to dinner.
Great food
