Lounges Cocktail Bar

Library themed bar off the beaten path. Amazing cocktails and a really cool staff. Very creative vibe.

My wife and I tried to visit on a weekend right about the time they opened. The place looked closed. There was stuff piled in the front windows and no lights on. We went in and one guy was sitting at the bar on his phone. We didn't know if he was a patron or worked there. We stood there for a minute and he finally acknowledged us. We asked if they were open and he said something like, "You can go upstairs, there's no server but you order from me." Then he kind of tossed a menu onto the edge of the bar....he couldn't even be bothered to hand it to us. His whole vibe was unwelcoming and disinterested, and he clearly just wanted to get back to his phone. We thanked him and left and had great drinks at another bar a few minutes walk away. There is no shortage of great places to get cocktails in this part of the city. I'd definitely skip this one.

Awful. Bartender tonight 5/29/22, was hostile, unwelcoming, and dismissive. I ordered the Not a Night Cap which was an overpriced Black Russian. No notes of chocolate and marshmallow as advertised and completely devoid of any oat milk (as you can see from the pic) the experience/interaction with the bartender was so disturbing that you could not pay me to return here.

Was excited to come here on my partners birthday but we were immediately impolitely dismissed by some older man dressed as a french paperboy from the 1800s who claimed they didn’t have seating available for us even after watching multiple parties depart.

Absolutely delicious cocktails. I can understand the issue of complaining about the egg white or ice content but the cocktails are so well balanced that everything is intentional. Definitely coming back.

Drinks were not good. 80% egg white for a $15 cocktail glass 3/4ths full and no hint of alcohol. Turned away the people in front of us saying they were at capacity, but then let us in. Close at 11 pm on a Friday. Just a bizarre place. Not what I was expecting from the reviews, but appears in line with the newer ones on here.

The drinks were good. There was a big bar but we were told we had to wait for a waiter to order our drinks which took a lot longer then we hoped, especially when we could see the bar 2 feet away.

Small spot with limited seating, slow service. Drinks were good tho

Love this place! The drinks are amazing, and it's so small and cozy. Great if you want a place where you can chat over a drink or 2.

Such a fun and cool concept. The drinks were elegant and delicious while the ambiance was also quite lovely. Our server was funny and knew the menu very well, even when I asked about the history of the place.
