Last night, I stopped at this Wendy's and asked if they served coffee at this hour (it was around 8 pm). I was on my way to a Film Festival nearby. The Manager literally stopped what she was doing just to make me coffee. She ran the place really well. As I am not from the area, she also advised me regarding safety. The customers loved her...just excellent customer service!
I tried the new bourbon burger. It was decent in taste but was sloppy. The fries were way too salty. I know it is a busy area but the place was very unclean. The location is good but it needs to be ran better with more organized employees. The only time I would go here is if I am desperate and starving. What a shame because I enjoy Wendy's sometimes.
I took me 40 minutes to get my mobile order. I watched people come in, order, get their food, and eat over and over. A couple of mobile orders were called out, but most sat on a table. Finally i worked my way up to ask about my order. She asked to see it on my phone and then said, "No, I need your name. " I told her and she finally came back with half my order and walked off. I had to wait minutes more for someone to ask about the other half. When I finally got home with it, of course the order was missing items and the food was cold. Worst Wendy's experience I've ever had.
When you enter the store , it smells like creed aventus , the staff is super nice and do their job very well , the social distancing is like 1 mile between each customer ....... Nooooott
This whole store is unprofessional. The wait time is extremely long. They don’t assist food delivery drivers: UberEats, Door Dash, etc. The older black lady there (who seems to be the manager because she’s the only older person working there) doesn’t bother to ask what’s my order is. She ignored my presence and kept on calling for the next customer in line, as if I wasn’t even there in front of her face. If you’re ordering food from Uber Eats or any third party apps, DON’T order from here unless if you’re willing to receive food from people that don’t care about their job.
Hopefully a rare occurence but bought a burger and fries to go, got home and there was no beef patty, just a bun with lettuce, tomato and condiments. Laughable but sadly an indication of how incompetent they are at this location. The fries were soggy and not fresh. Almost as if the workers were deliberately sending a middle finger message to customers. Its a restaurant where you want to get out as soon as possible, before touching anything, but I recommend you take a second to check your order. My expecations were low going in, but not low enough. I at least expected to get a burger in my burger and edible fries.
The food was good. However, the service sucked. It was only one person taken orders and making the food while others was standing around doing nothing until someone said something. Then the register needed a reboot I guess so your waiting in line for 10 to 15. Maybe even longer so forget about going here on your lunch break. And when you can dine in, the tables are semi-clean but you still feel dirty just seating there eating. This place use to be cool to grab something to eat when the downstairs part was open. And now, I feel dirty just going in there to get something small to eat.
Minimum wait time in Line waiting to order is 30 minutes, max closer to an hour... 2 stars for their effort and prob understaffed. But online orders are prioritized over the people in person, so might as well safe yourself the trouble and stay at home and order for delivery.
Slow service, no sauce at ALL. Not even ketchup! But the fries still smacked. But needed ghost sauce or honey mustard. I almost choked.
If you want to wait 45 minutes watching a crew with no direction imitating headless chickens, this is your spot. You would think with the amount of time they take to press buttons on a machine, it’d at least stand up to Wendy’s par? As likely as you are to find a clean spot to eat in there. Though why would you? Inhospitable staff, extremely rude cashiers, and a managerial staff that seems more interested in buying stolen merchandise from customers, than tending to paying patrons. Only good thing about this place is the location. Where else can you get a free nostril full of weed while waking through the doors? Fantastic.
