Went on the spur of the moment. Met Michael, the bartender, who makes really good drinks. Katie, the server, who was ever so attentive and nice and Alan, the cook, who made our delicious food. Our drinks were really good. We had the pork wings, which really was a pork shank. It was a little difficult to eat, but the sauce was amazing. Our burgers were cooked to perfection, which always means a lot to me. Their kitchen serves until 1:00 am, which is good to know. Looking forward to a return visit.

This local bar with a surprisingly good beer menu and good food. We popped in on a rainy night in Philly and were welcomed by laid back, friendly barman and to pleasant social group at the bar. If you're looking for a quiet pint or a locals pub this the place.
