They charge you a lot more then what the prices are quoted here and when you call to order he says it’s incorrect! Trying to tell me people don’t use google to look at menus, of course we do!! Literally 20-30% more in the actual price and after reading a lot of reviews, it looks like I am not the only person who has experienced this. And Tax is not 8% here in Philly! Why are you charging extortion tax on our food, this isn’t NY!!! Awful just plain day light robbery. Man is too cheap to pay to be top of the list in google and to change the prices!!!
The worst restaurant I have been to. Problem with the restaurant so far1) They do not have parking.2) If you have a baby or a disable person they do not have way to take stroller or let alone anything to grab if you need to grab that is safety hazard. Bathroom is unclean & do not have changing table for the baby. Will be a complain to food safety department.3) The staff behavior is worst.4) The menu price and what is getting charge are completely different. For an example, I ordered chick peas as side & was served with small amount they charge me 9.99 for small chick peas. Everything is overpriced and the food is not even that good .
Use to be the best place, I recommend this to my friends and now they are busy all the time,Whenever i call we are busy, we are busy, we are busy.If i order $200 worth of food they are not busy but if i order $50 food they are busy. Doesn't make sense. It happened so many times.
As a Pakistani, this is the best Pakistani food I've had in Philadelphia. My review will mostly focus on the food, not the customer service. That needs work, but the food...They may take long, but it's worth it. You can tell it's fresh and made from scratch. That's why I'm okay with the wait.They've always been nice and consistent, I've been going here as long as I can remember, and I've seen their restaurant improve in it's appearance, but the food remained just as good.Their bathroom and general stuff like that could use work, but besides that, a generally good experience besides just the food aspect.While they don't take reservations, I won't be too upset about waiting for a table.Overall, great food. Make sure to come hungry.
Perfect Pakistani food , Rogni naan, lahori charga , Karahi Ghost and Chicken Kebabs were really delicious
Horrible customer service. We had international flight from Philadelphia Airport and ordered 2 hours in advance and then called again 30 minutes before arrival of pickup. When we reached, we had to wait 45 minutes in the restaurant.. food prices are incorrect online -
Yesterday i had two chicken Biriyani for iftar. They took 35 min to made that and the quantity was really really bad. And it was served in a very unprofessional way. And after having that food me and my wife’s stomach got messed up . This place is awful. I will highly recommend not to go there .
Horrible customer service. They don’t take orders over the phone, and when we arrived they refused to take our order in person. They often “run out of groceries” and their customer service is awful. You have to constantly ask for condiments/salad/utensils, etc, and the entire staff are rude and dismissive.The food quality is not at all worth the inconvenience of dining here and dealing with the staff. Avoid at all costs, go to kabobeesh instead.
**BEWARE**We were served uncooked chicken in chicken tikka masala. Had other dishes on table I kept chicken tikka masala on the side after spitting out the chicken. My mistake I did not bring it up with the staff. My kid vomited after reaching home and I had terrible pain after eating here. Still recovering from last night!Now I am looking at how to report this place for food inspection and other penalties.Shame on this restaurant for serving uncooked food and having no quality check on food. I should have known after seeing food paper plates and cutlery shoved under the table by staff.
There were other reviews about how the prices changed and someone had mentioned that it's COVID19. I'm sorry I could understand a moderate increase in prices with COVID19 and gas prices hiking but a 200% increase in prices is unreasonable, unjustifiable, and is unparalleled by any other restaurant nearby. You want to make money sure, but don't guise your price increases under COVID19 struggles. It's just too costly, you will lose business.
