Definitely worth it. The food was delicious and the service was superb. We were so hungry, I didn’t get a picture before we dug into it.

Wish I could’ve stopped myself so I could take a pic but the food was too good everything is always fresh and hot and the chicken was perfectly crispy!! The real star of the show was the banana pudding that tastes like God himself made had to go back and grab 2 more and the staff was very sweet 10000/10
When reading up on comments make sure you are looking at the most recent. Now this is my first time at Victoria’s kitchen and I read the reviews before I went I still took my chance. I just want to say that the reviews were not accurate in my opinion. When I called my order and I was greeted by the front desk person who was very Pleasant, she offered me different options and had the items that I asked for, She said thank you & please and she insured me 20 minutes I got there in 20 minutes and the food was ready. When I picked up my order I paid and I didn’t feel like it was too much money we just faced a pandemic businesses have to pay for the food, they have to pay for their containers, they have to pay for the cheese and everything like that you can’t expect great Mac if you don’t use good cheese. All I wanna say about the food is the fish was fried perfect it wasn’t salty it was season well it was in a separate box. My greens did not taste gritty like some other person said they were clean and fresh the Mac was way better than a lot of the soul food places in our area, the bbq chicken was falling off the bone and well seasoned. Maybe they missed a mark in the past but this food was perfect we will be back as long as the food stays good like this! I’m eating my leftovers I purposely lefted over to take to work as we speak!
Last week I went to pick up an order that I was told would be 25 minutes. I have it 30 minutes to ensure I could just pick it up and leave. When I arrived, I was informed it wasn’t ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes and went to the counter to inquire and the young lady said they were bagging it up now. 15 minutes I’m still waiting. I noticed a gentleman worker was handling the chicken with his bare hands! I immediately said to the lady at the counter, if this man was the one handling my food, I don’t want it! He was told by another worker “you have to wear gloves” as if she keeps telling the worker this. He turned and looked at me with the worse stare in the world and kept looking at me like he wanted to fight. All because I didn’t want him using his bare hands for obvious reasons. I requested a refund and it was given. I will NEVER eat there again! THE FOOD IS NOT ON TIME AND THEY DONT PRACTICE THE PROPER HANDLING OF FOOD!
This is an Ok place to order food from when theirs NOT a big holiday rush like Mother’s Day, ThanksGiving, etc.When ordering on line it can be a hit or miss. Food items you see online most likely will not be available. When you arrive to pick up your online order, you will most likely get the “we are out of that, how about this”statement. I ordered dinners today (Mother’s Day) and the food was fair. Don’t think we’ll be ordering from them no time soon in the future.
Everything was perfect! Even the customer service. I ate in and really enjoyed my lunch. Thank you Victoria! I’ll definitely be back :)
I ordered a pan of fish for a event that I was having. The fish was fried perfectly and was ready and hot at the time I requested. Everyone loved the fish! Thanks staff your did a great job!
Ordered my food at 4:58pm. Received my food after 7pm. I came in several times after my original pick up time. I was told wait 10 mins several times.After waiting 2 hours, I asked what can they do to make this situation better. She told me to come inside and talk. I told her I didn’t want to do that in front of the customer. She said okay and hung up in my ear.We received 2 lemonade for the 2 hour+ wait. This customer service was bad. I will not be ordering from here again.
The service could be better. The cooks appear un professional. They don't seem to take their job seriously. The food was ok. The young ladies in the front really were concerned about my order.
