Service was okay but food and drink options were good for a quick stop
It is shamne on united club becuase it is 6:40AM and it is not open. I think that they are closed all year around.
Pretty good United Club considering PHL is not one of United's major hubs. I am giving 5 stars for the single agent who was there who proactively sought easier and more comfortable travel -- providing option to get on a delayed earlier flight to make the connection in Chicago with more time, and then, taking care of the boarding passes and transfer of checked-in luggages. I didn't get her name. But, it was 8:30AM or so on Nov. 30, 2021. Kudos!
Nice service at the bar with really nice views of the ramp! They also help announce other flights that arnt united. Though, they are star alliance carriers...
The front desk ladies this morning at 5:30 am on 6/30/19, are so nice. It's muggy inside this lounge, but the ladies suggested sitting near the 2 internal air conditioning units. That was appreciated, since it was cooler by them. The lounge is small , but it's clean and not busy this early in the am.
A relatively small but nice club at ORD. Food and drinks were excellent. Had scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and bread assortment. A pleasure to relax and refresh in.
It's relatively small. But, the seating arrangement is well thought out. The food and drink is standard UA Club fare.
Decided to try United Airlines again after many years of avoiding them because of terrible service. Purchased 1st class ticket but that doesn’t include use of the lounge...since I had time, I decided to pay $59 to use the lounge. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! It wasn’t worth $20. Small, cramped space cooled by portable A/C’s. It doesn’t feel like a luxury at all. It’s worn out and dinghy. The food? Well there wasn’t much at all. I would have rather spent my time in a nice restaurant.
Sorry, but the experience ends at the front desk. The desk staff are wonderful, but then everything is a let down from there. Small, cramped, not always clean, extremely basic food (usually not stocked well). Probably one of the worse clubs at which I have spent time.
Basic at best! Always seems to be over crowded
