We waited a bit for smoothies then 20 minutes after for our food, they were busy and low on staff as well as very kind so we didn't mind waiting. but we got it and took it home and they had our order completely wrong. i ordered a peanut butter crunch wrap and they gave us some lettuce and tomato wrap. our other sandwich was right but when i went back to get the correct wrap they were closed and not taking calls. i am calling tomorrow and expect to get my money back. the girls were kind but if i don't get what i ordered why would i pay for it? or for them to fix it. things happen and it's understandable, but i am a continuing customer and am not paying for someone else's food.
Terrible place. Smoothies are made with so much ice that you can't taste anything else besides it. Service is not bad, but they take forever to make anything. Definitely not coming back.
This rating is not on the food or smoothies themself but for the customer service received. The cashier was so unprofessional and rude it makes no sense.
This was my first time trying them. I went in at 7:00 and didn’t leave with a smoothie until 7:55. I ordered 2 smoothies and I got one at 7:20 and had to wait until 7:55 for the second one. I want to let everyone know that they do have other smoothie spots not too far from them and they are fresh. Just google it and don’t give these people your hard earned money. I also see everyone complaining and when you write a review, they respond with Im sorry but they don’t care. If these people are complaining about your store, why are you responding to comments instead of getting over there to see what the issue is. Two people were behind the counter and they both literally moved like zombies.
Need to hire a separate staff, one to handle door dash service and one to handle walk-in service. 25 door dash pickups waiting on the side, while 15 people in line to order gets totally ignored and walk out.. So did I, after 15min...poor management.
Every time I order with doordash tropical cafe never send me my full order. Smh I had a taste for my smoothie, however, it never arrived.
I love this places food but the service is horrible it’s always takes forever to get your food like no matter if you go yourself or order there’s always long wait times extra slow workers and constant issues with deliveries ?
Cool place beware the green island detox, that's a smoothie for only the strongest
Store was dirty. Smelled like a old mop. Couldn’t order in the store even though there was numerous customers trying to purchase smoothies. We left the owner should be embarrassed.
Great smoothies that can customized. Friendly staff. They never make a mistake with my order.
