A west Philadelphia staple!!! This business has been open for over 15+ years. Have been coming since I was a child. One of the more authentic Jamaican food restaurants in Philly. I love their breakfast and Hard food along with their fish and Fried chicken. Have to try the cakes salt fish.
The Curry Chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage are my go to. This is a nice family owned Jamaican place. Consistently good ?
When I visit west Philly. This is my go to spot.... I always love the way they season their food is not too salty. I have high blood pressure and I lived in west all my life. I ate at every jawn this is a yes for me... lol
I'm just visiting the area but was very happy to find this place, excellent stew chicken and curry chicken (was all they had left). going to miss them, no Jamaican restaurants in Massachusetts.

It was better than I left it 12 years ago. When I come to this town, its a must visit. I had the fritter and chicken and pea soup. Scrumptious!!
Oh My God do they just pour the whole salt container over each meal? Ordered the oxtail with peas and cabbage. Totally inedible. They're gonna kill someone. Obviously have no concept of the effect sodium has on their community's health.
