Order from them tonight. Delivered the wrong food. Gave back to the delivery guy. Called the restaurant and was told he mixed up the orders and would switch them out. I said no. I dont know if the other people opened my food. They said they would remake it. Delivered it again. Only got half my order. Called again. They said they would send it back out. Plus, the food is cold. Will never order from them again!!
This place is a hidden gem! I came here at like midnight for a quick bite but now I’ll be a forever customer!! Joe was the nicest server ever and the food was literally amazing and so fresh!! 10/10 ??
I always ordered from here. Today will be the last. I paid 15 bucks for an avocado!!! I ordered a taco salad they do not ask what kind.. got whatever they had left over???? by the time it got here the pinto beans (that I did not order) no option this time it seems.. soaked through the shell. So no I didn’t order soup… thanks for ruining dinner!!!
Came on a Friday afternoon and it was totally empty, except for one staff member by the counter. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Our server was pleasant and polite. The chips and salsa that came out first were sooooo yummy and addictive. My bf ordered a steak burrito and said it was prob the best burrito he has ever had lol. I ordered the green enchiladas and was disappointed that it came out cold :/ the flavor was so so but prob would’ve been much more enjoyable if it was warm.
Ordered delivery through uber eats, 7:30 on a sunday night.8:15 comes around, no food. We call the restaurant as it is getting delivered by them. No answer. We call back 15 mins later. They answer and say it will be here in 10-15. So should be here before 9. 9:30 comes around and we call again. They give us the same run around and it will be to us in 20 mins.The guy on the phone seemed to have no idea what he was doing.
Food is authentic and delicious. Great takeout spot. Tons of room inside for a quick meal.
Had the guacamole burrito and the bean soup. I got both without the dairy add ons. The burrito was filling and I poured the salsa verde over top of it. Very easy ordering as a vegan. The bean soup was one of the better that I’ve had so far in Philly!
Just got take out from Tres Jalapeños, it was really good! We got the pork and plantain burrito as well as the portobello fajitas, all very tasty.
Mole chicken burrito is bomb and I’m obsessed with their tortilla soup. And delivery is one of the fastest of all my regulars on Grubhub. Order is always correct and hot!
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY from here. The owners will lie about timing and expectations however the food is awesome so I would recommend going or picking up. Food 5/5 service 1/5 to equal an average 3/5
