Came for a carrot cake for my dads birthday tomorrow. Got here 20 minutes before closing and we’re taken care of!! Deanna got us our cake and asked if we wanted any writing on it. Didn’t expect her to do it so quickly but she whipped out her little icing tool and wrote on it so quickly. Looks beautiful. She needs to be the main person writing on cakes here. You can tell she’s about her bag. So grateful. So impressed!!
As a Jersey resident, I started using Tiffany’s Bakery in 2017. They are my GO TO bakery when in need of a cake whether it is planned months in advance or last minute. They have NEVER disappointed me! All the staff has been friendly and helpful whether in person, over the phone or via email. They give quick responses and do their best to take care of your needs the best the can. I’ve ordered custom cakes days in advance and somehow they’ve made it happen.Two days ago I needed a cake NEXT DAY for my sons 10th birthday. Not only did I place my order before 5pm the day before, but they delivered it from Philadelphia to NJ by 12pm the next day. I highly recommend Tiffany’s and I always will.
Friendly Service from Diane! Tiffany's is the place to go for that Birthday Cake feeling even when it is not your birthday. They have many festive and tempting confections that will satisfy the big or temptation controlled sweet tooth! The staff is very pleasant and so is their customer service. I love Tiffany's!
Besides all the delicious cakes and pastries, the staff is pretty awesome. If you go there, make sure to ask for Dylan. She is fabulous! Her caring and attentiveness to help you decide just the right cake for the occasion, or just because, is phenomenal. She helped make my Mother's Day cake pick a breeze!
This is one of my favorite places to get cupcakes in Philly! The carrot cupcake and red velvet cupcakes are so moist and it just has the perfect texture! Along with that I love the icing that they make! As a bonus, the bakers/employees are always super friendly. During my recent visit I had Deanna, and she was just absolutely amazing and so kind. I would definitely recommend checking Tiffany’s Bakery.
I will you never order from here again they did not even do what I asked them to do. I wanted was my SpongeBob cupcakes and they gave me what they want to give me.iam so mad ? spent my money there and couldn't even eat the cupcakes they were so hard. They do what they want not what you ask of them. Is definitely not like it used to be back in the day when my mom used to go to Tiffany.
The value of the baked goods has clearly declined. I ordered to cupcakes & two cannoli’s. The cupcakes were hard at room temperature… I just threw them away and one of the cannoli’s had hair in it… I am so disgusted. I called the bakery and no one answered so I left a voicemail. I don’t think this is the same Tiffany’s that offered quality items years ago… Betty Crocker is ten times better than this simply because it’s eatable.****Edit*****Tiffany’s did return my call and left a voicemail message offering to replace my items as long I as come back with my receipt (which I still do have). I appreciate the offer but I’m going to pass because it doesn’t change that the items aren’t fresh and I almost ate someone’s hair. Plus, I’ve already decided not to eat here anymore because of it. However, I’m updating my rating from a 1 to a 2 because the customer service was friendly and they did attempt to remedy my experience.
Good things first: customer service. The ladies at the counter were PHENOMENAL. They are hero’s. Super sweet. My order was messed up multiple times. They apologized profusely even though it isn’t their fault.I ordered (Order# 100051719) a cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. It was made with white frosting on the cake. I politely told them that was wrong. The lady took it in and got that changed. Then comes my cake again, with incorrect name on it. I felt so bad pointing that out to the lady the register. Her face expression was good enough of an apology for me. Although she apologized again. Finally, it came out, obviously, looks like it was fixed with a dent on top. But I took it.I cut a small piece of the cake and white frosting was so deep between the layers. Were you guys running low on custard? This was supposed to be my birthday cake, which turned into awkward conversations and disappointment.
I ordered ahead of time for my friends birthday and I got a melted cake?? I called and they said email it's too late to fix. It looks like they just frosted it when hot and it melted. I emailed a week ago and they still haven't responded. pic is what I ordered vs what I got
Today I ordered an chocolate strawberry short cake that wasn’t on the menu for today at the very last minute and Tiffany’s Bakery made it specifically for me! How awesome is that! Not only am I a happy customer- the woman helping me today was very pleasant and made sure I had the best experience today! Tiffany’s is definitely my favorite bakery and I thank all the employees there for their hard work! I also left a tip because of the above and beyond customer service! Thank you again!! PHILLY
