Best vegan breakfast in Philly. The deluxe burrito is a must-have, and the chickn' n waffles are delicious. The donuts weren't my taste - they're more crumbly in texture. But all around great food. Call ahead on weekends, they have a long wait!
I love this place. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. The store is really cute and the staff was nice. I got breakfast for two and desert and my total was ~$25. Definitely worth it imo. The sandwich I got was huge and really reminded me of the non-vegan version. Their donuts are also really good. More of a "fried cake bite" than a donut, but amazing nonetheless. I wish I could give this place 6 stars.
I hate to leave bad reviews for vegan restaurants but the seitan cheesesteak was extremely salty and the waffle fries wasn’t great, seemed a bit stale. Maybe the other items are better or I just came on an off day. Order and pick up from outside, No dine in.
I highly recommend this place. It’s a takeout only place with exceptional vegan food. The Monte Cristo sandwich, donuts, tofu scramble, chicken Philly and tater tots were so delicious. We went here a few times while staying in the area. YUMMY!
Haven't been here in years because the wrong coast, but I was talking about the place recently with some friends, and needed to say how great this spot is. The food is amazing. Every dish I had when I visited was top notch. And the staff there was amazing. After my second visit everyone remembered my name, and treated me like we'd known each other for years. No kidding, this place alone made me consider moving to Philly. I want to make another trip just to eat at the Tasty.
Another great vegan place. Placed an order on the phone and it was ready within 15 minutes. Amazing, fast and friendly service. Ordered ‘Greek Scrambled Tofu’ and a chocolate donut. It was simply delicious.
